Both of you guys have been a big part of how I have been able to avoid injury during the last 5 years and still perform well even at age 63. I completed both Berlin 6 weeks ago (my goal race which got me a high cushion BQ time) and NYCM yesterday (which was my "fun" race, which made the heat/humidity more bearable). I feel great today!
Overthinking can also cause a false alarm of injury. I think that’s very common. There are many who think they’re injured when it’s actually a more of a functional problem or a psychological impact. I would have been totally fooled if I listened to my body 2 much. I wouldn’t even been able 2 evolve as a runner.

This is one of the best podcasts I have ever seen for runners. Going for a sub 3
This was such a great podcast - brilliant. Thanks to you and Brodie Sharp - really appreciated the insights. I'll listen to it again...
