      if I knew I'd be this much into running 10 years ago as much as I know now, I would be marrying someone else... I married a chef!

    I stay healthy and never get sick as long as I don't exercise at all. As soon as I start running, I get injured all the time. Shoes, terrain rotation, and cross training do little to help. I think I have weak muscles, and strength training will help, but it worsens my injuries in the short term and prevents me from running.

      Then we strength train first and once you feel your body ready, you can start wirh progressive light running 🎉

      ​@@danielmller4682 Thanks for the tip but I'm not new to running. I just find it hard to maintain a steady mileage due to frequent injuries.

      ​@@nguyen_van_a I see, but unless you are talking about acute injuries its usually because we lack strength in the tendons, muscle ect. So i think it still applies. Im in the same boat as you to be honest, so i am trying to do more strength work myself.
