Another well put together video, thanks for the update. Progress and prosperity for the people's of St Thomas and by extension Jamaica. Wish all parish and town centers could undergone some similar development or redesign. Jamaica is a bless and beautiful country let us treat each other and the country good. Peace be with you all.
Will there be a fresh fruit store or salad store or something related to healthy foods.. always Kentucky, Burger King etc. Might as well build a health center for those who will need after all those fast foods business 😅😅. Enjoying your videos as always brethren . Keep up the good work 👏 👍.
@@Tinnaray360 what point? Jamaica has a vibrant “stall” culture with venders plying their produce. “Food deserts” are not an issue anywhere in Jamaica, so yes it’s a nationality, mistake to implicate Jamaicans in that foolinish!
good job drove by 2 weeks ago, when I come back will go check it out . Also looking forward to see what they put up by the May Pen intersection, like I said great job
Thanks. Like the video. Very exciting for St. Thomas as the location is spectacular from a drone’s view. In future videos, can you also provide perspective on some of the surrounding landscape we’re looking at, such as, what mountain ranges, distance to the international airport and estimated time to travel. Distance to Kingston would be good. BTW, what is the estimated population of Morant Bay today. Also, what’s the scoop on residential living in the area closest to the urban center? Basically, thinking out what is the potential economic value it brings to the area in 5 - 10 years, say. Also, hospitality is big in JA. What kinds of investments are happening on that front? What about medical facilities, any plans for that? Lastly, when is this place targeted to complete?
The development of St. Thomas continues! Exciting to see this development come along. December definitely seems like a realistic target for this project to finish, and given how well this has been received so far, other parishes will benefit from this model too. Imagine the image St. Thomas will have from a developmental standpoint 5 years from now.
The buildings seem to be structurally soundly built, but I have a concern about the wall finishes; seems to be very rough. Surely, they are not going to leave them like that. Maybe they will cover the walls with ACM panels or similar.
With so many businesses in this area will there be enough parking for customers? Also there may be traffic Jams there, I hope they have planned for that too.

Great drone video as always bro st THOMAS is so beautiful and green can you believe it’s the only PARISH I HAVE NEVER VISITED I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE IT MY FIRST TRIP - I here the government plans to build 🏡 housing around the areas
I just hope the government and the people maintain it an nuh bruk it down. Looking good though. That’s one building you focused on earlier in the video looks massive.
True, but when you think about it most Jamaicans have gotten so lazy to cook a healthy meal, and not even that, why is eating healthy in Jamaica so expensive?
@droneviewja More $$$ for the rich while the poor suffer with all sorts of illnesses. I heard that Jamaica KFC is the busiest..the lines are always long....

You must not be Jamaican to be asking that question. Where in Jamaica is there a “town center” without a fresh produce market zoned or otherwise?
Thats a business idea you can tap into
Yes, other restaurants will be inside the building, but the named ones are the ones I mentioned
@@Hengel_Andrews you miss the point. It's not about nationally.

I will definitely make note of your comment, and I will start doing some of that research
What I'm not seeing on top of these building is the outlet vents for sewage gas or vents for fumes from the Fast Food places and Restaurant???
This for the update sir, it's coming on nicely

No, it will be looking good when it's finishes.
Word is that some of that green space at the back will be used to expand the complex in the future due to the high demand for spaces..
I really did hear about future expansion. They are a few acres to spare, just leave the mountains.
With so many businesses in this area will there be enough parking for customers? Also there may be traffic Jams there, I hope they have planned for that too.
Yes, there will be enough parking, I will update that info in the next update

The Police post will be located at the Justice Square.

I think they should add more character to exterior design of the buildings.
They will be giving it finishing touches.
It appears that those majestic palm trees will be taken down because they seem to be in the roadway ....very unfortunate...

True, and showcase art from the locals in the Paul Bogle Hall.

Heard they bought more land to expand
Yeah.
They can do without the popeyes, KFC is good enough. They should have added Island Grill instead, too much damn fried chicken.
Lol, I understand.
Nice Chinese road
Not built by the Chinese. CHEC mostly oversaw it, but this was actually done by local contractors.
