I can't afford any of these GPUs but I like to watch AMD beat Nvidia, lately their products are evolving backwards
If you think you cannot afford these new GPUs, wait until you look at all those new cars that are filled with options and shit you absolutely don't need (pretty sure don't need a big ass screen stretching from one side to the other to tell me my god damn speed)
Like seriosuly, imagine the cost for that with initial buy then the cost to fix it
@@Beowulf95 We are entering a whole new retarded-manufacturing era. And their engines being worse every year. Pfff
yeah, gaming evolved
@@Beowulf95yeah this is the microsoft strat, oh we have an option for offline play its called the 360. Oh we have a cheaper card its called the 1080ti.

I’ve watched Hardware Unboxed and they showed graphs with this AMD card essentially trading blows with Nvidia and not being as good at RT performance. This video feels kinda off
Nvidia locks framegen to boost upgrade sales, AMD unlocks everything to fuck with Nvidia
100% Agreed, i have a 1660ti laptop that isn't compatible with DLSS for not being an RTX card, and is living a second life with AAA games AMD FSR tech.
amd has driver level framegen that doesnt even work unless you have 60 fps at least. it artifacts a lot and theree is no amd anti lag. nvidia locks it to the 40 series bc its hardware accelerated, not driver level.
But AMD still failed with their RX 7000 Series (only 7900 XTX is good). It was a sad gen and hopefully next one won't be worse than this gen.
@@smoothkebabI think they were thinking fsr3, rather than afmf. fsr3 is very similar to dlss3. Only difference are ones caused by the fsr2 upscaling not the frame generation itself.
AMD cannot even do simple ray tracing, let alone framegen and/or Super Resolution -- let alone path tracing... idiot.
That was brilliant move AMD releasing the GRE worldwide.
Anyways, it was surely already planned and the cards were already done.

The VRAM capacity and price of NVIDIA GPUS are baffling.
That's what happens without competition, imagine how bad it would be if AMD didn't exist
And this is why I genuinely find it so baffling when people act as unpaid shills for their favorite brand. It's great having strong competition that keeps the market competitive, and it feels weird that these shills are supposedly adults that should understand at least this much @@BigBADSTUFF69
@@BigBADSTUFF69it still is bad
Nvidia got a 92% market share still
@Birdman._. That's not an accurate percentage of the market. Sony has sold millions and millions of PS4s and PS5s and Microsoft isn't doing as well but as sold enough Xbox One's and Series X/S to be OK. All of those consoles have AMD CPUs and GPUs in them. The best selling GPUs on Amazon and Newegg have AMD on that list. The best selling GPU lately has been AMDs RX 7800XT.
Intel also exists and has the cheapest 16GB graphics card on the market. Most people aren't spending $700+ on a GPU so they're buying AMD and Intel's cheaper options or Nvidia's older cards.
VRAM capacity has a quality attached to it tho. E.g the GTX 1660 only had 6gb of VRAM but it was better than AMD RX570 8gb. AMD always offered lot of VRAM but that doesn't make the cards better because usually they optimize it better in the nvidia side
It’s like the minute I bought a 4070. All these mid range cards start coming out of no where to make my 4070 look like shit smh

2. Asus dual 4070 Super
What should I buy? There might be some rendering work in near future but 90% should be for gaming.
I was thrilled to see GRE go out of China because even in the Asian region. I can't find anything online selling it , heck it's also hard to find in Aliexpress and Alibaba and other Chinese Ecom site. It's also funny that 7900gre is just shy away of 9% from being on par with 4070ti Sup according to Techpowerup while also being power efficient. Rated tdp is 260w vs 285 of 4070ti super. At that point you have to be a creator who uses apps optimized for nvidia , uses Ai stuff and someone just addicted to Ray Tracing
TDP means nothing
TDP in this generation doesn't mean anything and AMD GPU is still good for 1080p and 2k gaming but when it comes to FSR and frame gen, it's still trash compared to nvidia and even RT but if you're a pure gamer Basically, AMD is the best and always will be, but it's still nvidia for work and the upgrade technology is the same.
@GewelReal It does matter in the long run, but to see that there's a lot FOMO addicts in this market I'm not surprised with that response.
@@chien.nguyen. The 4080 super and 4090(hopefully available) is the best card you can buy now with Nvidia who demolishes everything against AMD. Below that is just the case of what I mentioned before. The price of 4070ti super is a big for only 9 percent ,and RT
7900 GRE launched *today*, and you can already find the XFX version available for order from NewEgg and Best Buy. Honestly, not a bad price given the current market, though I may spend a bit more and just grab a 7900 XT myself. I'm still undecided.

As RX 6600 and RX 7900XT owner, AMD better work their asses fixing ROCm or back working with ZLUDA, can't do crap with the state of driver and software support aside from gaming. Even RTX 4080 super is better valued on literally anything else than gaming vs ANY AMD CARDS
7900XT is already supported on ROCm, doesn't it?
@@Pacho18 not the card, ROCm (unofficially) supported as far as Polaris, but the ROCm software itself, man, saying it's kinda works is a overstatement at best
They basically limits the entire usable platform of ROCm to Linux under the pro drivers. I have no idea why as DirectNL is like very much shit

Thank you for releasing a 3080ish. 5 years later.
The 6800 XT has better average raster performance than the 3080, costed/costs less, and released at the same time; it's also aging better because it has 60% more VRAM - let alone the GRE. I'm not sure what drugs you're taking.

i have a 3070 but cant wait to switch to amd
This is what AMD meant when they said no more competition againts RTX 4090. They read their customers right and read the market right. Hate to say it but if AMD focuses on high-end-tier, they can do better than trying to compete against Luxury-end-tier GPUs.
GO TEAM RED.
This vid is golden!! XD
AMD is definitely a win.
Где бы купить эту ГРЕ за 549 баксов 😂
