If you look at charts 4090 is worst in performance per dollar. Hmmm, I wonder if that 2080ti is still a good choice for a budget build. I quickly built my PC and just threw in some cheap parts because because I don't really game on it. I threw a cheap 50$ board in with a Celron g5905 CPU with 16gb of DDR 4, 2666hz RAM and a GTX 1650 and used a 1tb Samsung 970 ssd that my Mom bought me for Christmas a couple years ago. I use the 2020 Lenovo Legion 5I 15imh05h with the I7-10750h and GTX 1660ti to game on. I only needed a desktop so that I could dual stream/record the gameplay of the Legion. The Celron G5905 actually had some decent speed with opening and loading everything. I didn't use it in OBS but did use the 1650. Believe it or not, it worked great! It was my first time ever using OBS and Streamlabs and my first time with a dual set up. I didn't know ANYTHING about streaming or dual set ups but wanted to learn more. That's why I just made a super cheap build. I wasn't trying to buy the top of the market components and spend all that money just to learn something new. It was like learning to drive for the first time ever. You're more than likely gunna learn in a cheaper mediocre car. Nobody's gunna throw you in a Lambo for your first time, lmao.
