"100% I have not lived the principles of this church, but I do my best where I stand now to lift where I stand. Even if the principles of this church weren't true I'm better off by observing the law of tithing, I'm better off by bettering my health, I'm better off by attending church, I'm better off by doing things that benefit others like being kind, be human, and be respectful."

I knew the missionary who took his life in South America. He left from our Stake and Singles Ward. His brother was our Elders Quorum Pres at the time. It was a challenge for the family but the Atonement covered much. Thanks for telling your story Kevin.

Amazing another story I can totally relate to. After all my drugging and alcoholism I can’t believe my wife is still with me. We will celebrate 40 years June 21, 2024.

Kevin worked through so many difficulties, weaknesses, and the tragedy of his brothers drowning and not having someone to talk to about his underlying loss and sorrow. I so appreciate his story of becoming his best self through the gospel of Jesus Christ and through thick and thin, working out his salvation. In a world of competing voices that try to destroy faith. Kevin's pure, simple testimony of God and Jesus as two distinctly different beings, the restoration, and the recognition that we all have flaws but are needed and valued for the gifts that only we can contribute to our fellow man. Kevin is sincere, humble and I love his method of narrative. Many stories and experiences make up a human life. And his never giving up gives hope and courage to keep going and stay the course! This one's poignant and will touch many lives! Guaranteed. Thankyou Kevin!

What a story my brother! Kev is a remarkable example that when we are in our darkest hour all we want is a morsel of warmth and shelter from the storm - but God wants so much more! He wants us to be radiant, endowed with His power and to shine like the sun/Son. His grace is sufficient for us all! Love you Kev!
This has to be 1 of my all time favorite interviews. Love it!!! Only Christ is perfect and everything else and is imperfect. We are not meant to put anything or anyone on pedestals besides our Heavenly Parents and even Christ simply said “Follow Me”.
