For the Lord comforts Zion; he comforts all her waste places and makes her wilderness like Eden, her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the voice of song. - Isaiah 51:3

I’m 24 and next year I am going to start trying for my first. I know it must have been a little scary for you at some point but your confidence and simple, minimal approach makes me feel so at ease when thinking about motherhood.
That's really sweet. You got this! Let me know if you have any questions :)
Good luck with the cloth diapers :) that's also something I would love to do in the future.
I'm 25 and 14,5 weeks with our first. My husband and I are very minimal and Def want to keep it that way with baby. Great video 😍
So glad you made this video! I’m 32 weeks pregnant with my first, a boy, and so overwhelmed at what I’m actually going to need for him versus what is excessive. I’m definitely saving this video! I love the milk catcher. I have a similar one on my registry, but I like this one better.
Nice video but why are you recommending MLM products?
I'm not a Mom yet, but planning for it in about a year or so. This is super helpful. I've saved this video for when I'm actually getting ready.
Your son is beautiful! He certainly looks like a happy little guy. My first son was born in 1965; in addition to regular guys diapers I also used some snap on diapers. They had three snaps on each side so it would expand to fit the kid. I did not have them at the beginning but he was too small to have used them then anyway. Are use those with my next two babies. When I had my second son in 1968, I used a product very much like the diaper system you showed. Like yours it had an inner lining along with the outer cover. I loved it! It was the next thing to a disposable diaper which we did not have a 1968. When my next child was born in 1977, I looked for that same diaper liner system or one similar but there were none to be found. You did a great job presenting your families favorite minimalist baby item.

I've been watching a lot of these videos recently and this is one of the best I have seen. Quick, minimal, to the point 👍
Glad it was helpful!
You've inspired me! My closet looks way better with less clothes and somehow makes me feel better!
Woot!
I wish I had a silicone milk catcher when my children were babies!
It's the besssttt
Hi Taylor! Great video! I would like to know more about how you do everyday stuff, like grocery shopping, etc, without a stroller. I am due in August and we definitly dont want to spend too much moneay on a stroller. Almost everydbody says that the stroller is THE one investment where it is ok to splurge, but you are the second person that i've heard without a stroller, so I am intrigued !
Thanks and greetings from France :)
Hi! I’ve been ordering my groceries online and doing a drive-up pick up. But I also sometimes will put his car seat in the basket or put him in a carrier/wrap while I shop! 😄
You can get soft small cloths similar to the burb cloths to use as a washable wipe option as well
Taylor u r the cutest mommy 😘 it makes me so happy that u r so happy excited and loving ALL the time
I’m so happy I stumbled across your channel! I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant and am a practicing minimalist and plan to do the same for my baby! Your video was super helpful!
Nice review. He’s darling!
When mine was nursing I would nurse on one side and use the haaka on the other side to collect milk during let down.
He looks so adorable in his crib 💗
Haakas are amazing and so easy to use vs electric pump
My children didn't swaddle ever either, they slept like starfish if I tried to swaddle 😅
Haha!
Congratulations!!!!
He is getting so big ♥️
Love all the natural products
Love all the natural products
the nose frida is rlly good! :)
Had a feeling you’d become a cloth nappy-er! I was terrified about using them but it’s so easy! Only down side is they’re super bulky I’m finding I only use them when my baby goes up a size and then when clothes get too snug I go back to using biodegradable disposables just trying to get the absolute most out of everything.. wanted to have minimal clothes but some stuff is so cute I have to buy it 😫
They are bulky, I had the same issue with clothes fitting. I know it’s so hard not to buy all the cute clothes haha.
