Thank you so much for this video! I have the same camera and just started noticing that when the shutter speed is 1/2 or below, the light meter goes all the way down and it flashes a red light dot under the light meter. What could it be? Is that a sign to change batteries?

Nope, you are just underexposed. Open the aperture or go into the light.
