Thank you everyone for watching the video.
Just to address the chemicals in my body and drugs comments being thrown around.
Research what fluoride and aluminium does to the human body and you’ll find fairly negative studies.
Research what all the other products and drugs do to the human body and you’ll find fairly positive studies.
Again I’m not here to tell anyone anything, I’m doing me and i feel great and genuinely feel like I’m reversing a lot of the damage I did during my strongman days. I now work very closely with blood doctors and hormone doctors and I will be covering this on the channel pretty soon.
Strongman at the very top level is one of the most unhealthiest sports you can do for loads of reasons. I’m just happy to still be around grabbing opportunities and spending time with my amazing family 😊
Thanks for the support everyone and have a great 2024 💪

Eddie gets all of this (ultimately) from lifting weights and she gets all of this for loving and being loyal to him. Sure the grind is necessary on both ends in different ways however most people can grind quite hard and get none of the above.

The recent research on these plasticizers is pretty alarming.

Power to him ❤️ I’m studying personal training in Australia at the moment to dedicate to people that need an outlet other then medication for mental health. I was in a very dark place 10 years ago , I lost 55kg through powerlifting and HIIT . And though I battle mental health to this day , teaching my mind has been as empowering as teaching my body , seeing someone like you being so proactive in your own life and others is truly inspiring ❤️ any one struggling with mental health that has a fleeting thought that working out may help you, give it a go …. Train your body , the mind will follow.

FYI. Cold water shock causes the blood vessels in the skin to close, which increases the resistance of blood flow. Heart rate is also increased. As a result the heart has to work harder and your blood pressure goes up. Cold water shock can therefore cause heart attacks, even in the relatively young and healthy.

Leaving all the work with your wife. She is the beast. I really wish I didn’t watch this just wanted to see some family time but of course no time for that right ? Being selfish. Hopefully she truly does enjoy doing everything.. training with max for 1 hr isn’t good enough man. Need more of what truly matters in your life which is family brother. But keep doing you Eddie.

Who told you that? And please stop believing everything that is shown in the internet. Chronic disorder have no cure (for now), that is inside the term Chronic. Is going to be a long time to find it and the cure is not going to be a bullshit trending diet. This is like the all fruits diet and all juice diet back in early 90's and late 2000's, it doesn't work, the best solution is to cut the things that hurt your health and try as much as you can to have a balance diet. I'm not sure why some people think supplements are chemical 🤔 The thing I did notice is that you use nonstick pans (Teflon coated) and plastic cooking utensils. Both of these contain harmful chemicals! Healthy replacements are stainless steel and cast iron (nonstick) pans and stainless steel and wooden/bamboo utensils 💪🙏🩷

    Dear Eddie
I am not sure whom is advising you, I believe they are misinformed.
    One:
Himalayaen salts may contain excess heavy metals.
Sea salt is best, and most pure.
Sea kelp may also be a good addition to your meals.
    Two:
    Fluoride prevents cavities.
I agree an excess is undesirable.
The amount you are apposed to in county water and
    toothpaste are negligible.
Do use with toothpaste with Fluoride.
    Three:
Your water is set at over 9 pH.
I agree council water is not the best, but
    it is not bad either.
A pH level near 7 is best.
Have a look at the Evian water bottle label.
    Water from mother nature's glacials.
You have 'advisors' telling you a state of alkalinity,
    is required.
It goes against Mother Nature, Eddie ...
Please don't be fooled by fads, or so-called experts.
I have a background in Health care, and think you are badly mislead.
