Keep it up and good on this being a source of motivation. My sister suffered with an eating disorder as a teenager and still has some quirks when it comes to food but she fundamentally eats health and looks after herself (see's now 52 and is a mother of 3 wonderful adult aged men now).

Really happy to see Magnus on and seeing the climbing world meet the weight lifting one. In my teens I was really into climbing and it was training for climbing that initially got me into the gym. Though I stopped climbing years ago, the gym stuck with me. Maybe I'll hit the climbing gym again.

Despite going to the gym and having a 1500 pound 3 weight total, my wife is not impressed with my lifting prowess at home as she says I never lift a fking finger around the house. I have been in the same climbing gyms as pro climbers and I see their strength firsthand. They are nothing but mean, lean muscle. Insane how strong they are. That's why it didn't surprise me when he could match pound for pound in the gym. It is still so fascinating how different bodies can have the same/similar strength.
The audio has constant low frequency rumble. If you don't have audio monitoring that can go down to 20 Hz in the post production, simply apply EQ to remove all the frequencies you cannot monitor to avoid similar issues in the future. For an example, listen the low frequency noise around 20:20.

"Black Pudding", in Sweden we call it "Blood pudding" (Blodpudding). We have it with lingonberries and it is really tasty! I'm surprised that Magnus isn't used to that in Norway. Maybe it is a Swedish thing (besides the britts). We even got blood pudding with lingon berries for school lunches!
We also eat "bloodpudding" in Norway, but nowadays mostly elderly people eat it. We used to eat it fresh during slaughter season, when I was a child back in the seventies. It's alot better than the commercial pudding.

Mad how much grip strength helps out when it comes to lifting weight, massively underrated
The worst part is a lot of times your lifting potential is hampered by grip strength. Use lifting wraps for back that way you get 110%

After watchig this i quit my gym and bought some climbing gear not gonna lie.
It's a pretty good full workout. It also builds practical strength and endurance. The only thing that is somewhat missing is a leg workout.

My dad was born in Ireland, but he gave that stuff to me as a kid. Always got it at the Irish Village in Boston. It tastes, so good it really does. If you never tried it, you should.
