Spdef Clef isn't a thing anymore. They're all physdef, which is why the option for that (admittedly terrible) set is Venoshock instead of the former Gunk Shot (which did like 87% min on a crit from 0 attack Pex to the old standout Spdef Clef)
But any Pex without Regen is just a meme.
It's funny cuz neither of these teams are stall. Patience is an absolute virtue in these balance vs balance games. ABR was still in a position to win until the Rachi got frozen, because Jirachi is Jirachi and it does that shit. Also reason Soulwind kept going to Buzz instead of Pex on the iron heads was scouting out the last move on the Rachi, which on that set is usually Psychic or uturn, both of which allow Rachi to deal with Pex, either on its own or by UTurning out to Pult to fire off a hit or two into Mandibuzz. With Mandi paralyzed Pult could've broken through it and Rachi would've won. That's just soulwind playing the safest way he could.
This was a pretty good game ngl, felt like both sides revealed new wincons and shifted the tide throughout the game.

It is matchups like these you really wish, regenerator was not a thing.
They should have used pressure Corviknight. Literally any corviknight set with brave Bird would have destroyed either of their teams.
Also sub taunt would have actually won on the spot but that is a tough set to bring for a tournament.
Edit: See SW instantly brought not only corviknight but zone for the opposing knight next game too. People really being afraid to run corviknight because of zone. If zone was not a thing, corviknight would have been Easy S tier.
See, people need to respect Zone but they should also TRY to use Corviknight. It didnt necessarily stop people from using Skarm in the before times.

We need to reduce the PP of status moves by about half. Haze does not need to be 48 uses; in the in-game, nobody uses this. In competitive, you might click this five times max in a normal battle. It should still be more than Calm Mind or SD, which I would also drop, but not 48 uses.

My friend Cinderace and Dracovish only perpetrate stall. How will Cinderace break through ABR's team with Mandibuzz, Hippowdon, Primarina, and clef? How will it break through Soulwind's team with Mandibuzz and Toxapex? How will Dracovish ever break through seismitoad without letting Primarina in for literally free? Idk man seems kinda sus. One thing you need to know is that there is a difference between wall breakers and stall breakers. Wall breakers break through mons, but there are still walls that can hold it back (Kommo-o and Crawdaunt, or Rillaboom and Corv for example.) Some good Stall breakers are sub roost np air slash togekiss and Tail Glow Manaphy in rain (gen 4). The stall breakers require many turns or set up, but once they're set up no wall can stop them.
