I love Frank, but this highlights the extremes you have to go to in order to look like that. He said he eats ONCE a day.. at 5pm. Aside from that the only thing he's taking in calorie wise is his "coffee" and a very small protein shake after the gym. That's not healthy, it's not normal- but it's what it takes to look like that. Your life is either going to the gym, eating next to nothing and going to bed at 8pm.. or having a social life- it's impossible to have both. I've gone down this road so many times I've lost count. This lifestyle is simply not sustainable for most.
Not just the low calories, but 2.5 hour workouts at age 57? That would wipe out the most trained people. I love how inspiring he is, but no way you can hit it hard like that with very little water and calories and function properly.
Im alot like this guy. Im 58 years old, people think im in my 30's. Many of my friends my same age or even 10 years younger. They look older than me, like they're in their 60's. Why? Because they don't take care them selves. They drink, smoke and eat unhealthy. Im the opposite. I live a healthy life. I eat every 18 hours. I eat 1 or 2 meals a day. I don't eat carbs and refined sugars. My meal are mostly veggies and oven grilled chicken or lean pork. Drink alot of water and black tea. I dont eat after 6pm. I work out at my own gym at home every morning for 20 minutes before I go to work in construction. Split workout of upper and lower body every second day.
