Great video. Happy to see G02 Max which contains NMN on the list. Im literally on the bike right now using it to help me live longer than last time and improve my cardiovascular performance.
That sounds like a fantastic opportunity, Greg. Do you know where they are available for purchase?
Taking it! Longer then last time!
Report from Harvard health- “Key findings: Artificial sweeteners were linked to a 9% higher risk of any type of cardiovascular problem (including heart attacks) and an 18% greater risk of stroke.”
“The study also identified three artificial sweeteners that appear to be the most problematic. Aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal) was linked to a higher risk of stroke, while acesulfame potassium (Sunnett, Sweet One) and sucralose (Splenda) were associated with higher coronary artery disease risk.”
I personally understand the difference between correlation and causation. We can’t exactly study human beings in a lab with all conditions controlled ethically though. Sucralose is in almost every zero sugar energy drink and most pre workout. Also damages DNA and changes micro gut biome unfavorably.
Greg you are a sellout
Use code Greg
Just EXCELLENT! Thanks - much appreciated…
What a great video!!!! Thank you Sir!
Thank you much, for sure.
Thank you! Sometimes it's really nice to go over supplements and the best ones to grab! Thank you also for all the links to the studies behind them. It's awesome to have access to the research behind everything.
Oh I was expecting TMG on this list. Thanks
Take em all!
Wish you can give us which brands to buy.. so much our there.
I would recommend Rhodiola Rose.
Surprised not to see ashwaghanda on here. Any reason for its omission?
now make video about more expensive supplemetns ,thanks!
What about Citraline Malate?
thank you, quite a lot of research went int o it multumesc
Hey Thomas! Can you train me? I'm perimenopausel and have a hard time building muscle

B12?
Are the macadamia sprayed with pesticides?
No, the shell is so hard that pesticides are not needed

Am I missing a link for the supplements he recommends/where to purchase?
amy! Never try to rush things or [ ruclips.net/video/Pf8mTavb6AQ/видео.html ] could be outcome.
I don’t know, but I buy a lot of my vitamins from Costco, and the ones I can’t find I usually get on Amazon. I would also like to buy from a place where he profits though. He really helped change my life. I did the work, but his information is solid.
I’m new sub for your channel would you please recommend a good supplement and protein shake I can rely on I’m over 50 thank you!
He just recommended 17 supplements and he never replies to comments so I'll try to answer. It all depends on what your goal is. What are you trying to supplement for.
Your question is too general so I can't answer that unfortunately.
And just buy any Protein shake that contains Whey. Many brands like to pretend they're better than others but it's all the same stuff just a different taste.
Some charge more for a better taste profile or slightly better dissolving in water or milk etc. But in reality aside from the taste it's all the same so whichever seems like its worth the money to you is fine.
Something else that comes to mind actually If you are looking for a supplement due to your age I'd probably go with NMN in combination with Resveratrol to counteract some of the effects of aging. Look up David Sinclair a legit researcher who takes this and researches it and that might be interesting to you.
Magnesium threonate is ⚡️
Thomas, downside of Lions Mane on hormonal activity, look into that I don't think it's worth it.
12:50 krill or calamarine… not algal oil?
What's your opinion on NAC?
How about Boron ?
god damn, all supplement into the body.
NMN vs Niacin?
Nicotinic Acid + 100mg Nicotinamide FTW
Is whey good for lactose intolerant people? I do not know this stuff.
Supposedly whey concentrate isn’t but whey isolate is
@@christianjon8064 Wonderful. Thanks so much!!
Thomas - how come Collagen and NAC didnt make the list??
Can someone explain which from this list will break a fast? Thanks!
dr berg always trashes use of whey so thanks for the confirmation
Do you or anyone on here have experience with NMN?
L carnitine?
Thomas your advice on Creatine here contradicts your video from yesterday where you said not to take it every day. Can you clarify?
Data shows for max affect keep saturation by taking everyday. Missing a day isn't the end of the world but miss a bunch and it loses effectiveness
Where do you get NMN I believe it's banned in the USA
cody! Never try to rush things or this[ ruclips.net/video/1nonDxjIMPM/видео.html ] could be the outcome.
Did you rally suggest cordyceps? No thanks, I saw that show/video game!😅
Slow down. Wth, not everybody is on super-duper-speed. great info, although i have to listen first time to decide if i want to listen again at reduced speed. Annoying. Still, great info. thanks.
I wish NMN was actually affordable :(
Wish it was still available through Amazon!
So whey an creatine are safe to take both ?
I have lactose issues. Can't do whey
there are plenty of Lactose-Free whey isolate/protein powders available
I’m looking to try nmn 👍🏻
Highly recommend.
Save the money ... use the much cheaper Nicotinic Acid + Nicotinamide for the NAD recycling
Can you suggest brands that are quality and not garbage
17 supplements …I don’t want to waste money on garbage products. Thanks Thomas great info ad you channel is awesome
He's not going to do that, certainly not for 17 supplements. Do your own research, don't be lazy. smh
Every time I take glycerol i feel dehydrated. My skin feels tight and my mouth and nasal passage feel so dry and burn. I drink a gallon of water but still feels uncomfortable
*Sodium-induced hyperhydration decreases urine output and improves fluid balance compared with glycerol- and water-induced hyperhydration*
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25494972/
_"Changes in body weight (BW), urine production, fluid retention, hemoglobin, hematocrit, plasma volume, and perceptual variables were monitored throughout the 3-h trials. After 3 h, SIH was associated with significantly (p < 0.05) lower hemoglobin, hematocrit (SIH: 43.1% ± 2.8%; GIH: 44.9% ± 2.4%), and urine production, as well as greater BW, fluid retention (SIH: 1144 ± 294 mL; GIH: 795 ± 337 mL), and plasma volume (SIH: 11.9% ± 12.0%; GIH: 4.0% ± 6.0%) gains, compared with GIH and WIH. No significant differences in heart rate or abdominal discomfort were observed between treatments. In conclusion, our results indicate that SIH is a superior hyperhydrating technique than, and proves to be a worthwhile alternative to, GIH."_
Where is citrulline-malate???
Glycine for sleep? Also GlyNac?
GlyNac only over 45/50 years old is what I've seen, so that you can replenish levels of glutathione to youthful. Earlier than that it's too much reduction of oxidation that it's actually harmful, or maybe that was just without glycine, but the benefit anyway is for people with lower glutathione levels. If someone knows better hit it
GLYCINE should have been on that list
So many supplements cause me insomnia like creatine and magnesium
What about iodine? Seeming to do wonders for me. I don't eat alot of bread or iodized salt.
I like to get it from seaweed snacks.
No mention of D3 in conjunction with K2? No B complex discussion or even benfotiamine? Alpha Lipoic Acid or DHEA? COQ10 or TMG? Niacin or NAC?
That would be a pretty long video
would this be different if a woman was taking it???
Is zma enough zinc and magnesium?
Thomas,
Great videos keep them up
Need to watch it first before commenting how great it is.
how much beta alanine?
how much tongkat ali?
I just want to be healthy. This is all so confusing 😅😅
Berberine I would contest is worth the money.
Need to make one supplement with all of these in it haha
Then it would be a giant horse pill the size of a baseball lol
is there a multi supplement combining several of these ?
jeremy! Never try to rush things or this[ ruclips.net/video/1nonDxjIMPM/видео.html ] could be the outcome.
Hello! Does anybody know which video is for body-type weight loss? I'm stuck doing keto and need to lose 20 more pounds. Please 😊
chuck some Acetyl-L-Carnitine into your Stack
Intermittent fast. Get enough exercise. Continue with the keto diet and the pounds will shed. Be patient.
How would you rate Magnesium Chloride?
I've been taking magnesium oxidate...wondering how that stacks up.
10:34 - son of grain, son of mTOR
Do amino acids (like creatine and taurine) compete?
I heard beta-alanine, glycine and taurine compete with each other
Whey protein? Tell dr Berg!🙈
Boron
Trenbolone
Bruh what?! I’ve been paying too much for magnesium threonate for years because you said it was the best form. Now it’s ehh “some people think so” in a dismissive tone.
🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
It’s the best just for the brain specifically in short term. But the data is stronger for Malate in a general sense. I couldn’t make this video 100 supplements lol. Keep taking threonate. It does get into the Brain.
What is a good brand of cod liver oil?
None. Eat 1oz of beef liver once a week and go carnivor
Most brand names are fine. No clue if it comes in organic, if so...may be a good idea. It tastes grosse.
Wondering if you use peds or TRT ?
whey almost kill my digestive system ... super inflamatory! huge mistake there...
Can any of these be taken during a water fast
What brand of NMN do you recommend?
Thomas Never try to rush things or this[ ruclips.net/video/1nonDxjIMPM/видео.html ] could be the outcome.
Yohimbe is super amazing too at least for me
Well Thomas, thank you for more great info!
Based on research NR (niagen) has better data than NMN
What is a good, clean brand for cod liver oil in a softgel?
I've always used carlsons
@@Anon_E_Muss Thanks for your response. That would be great, but they use soybean oil as one if their ingredients.
@@kevinpavlich4136 really? Damn I can't believe I didn't see that. Guess I'll have to look harder for a non soybean oil cod liver supplement now. Thanks!
@@Anon_E_Musshi can u give advice about ur cod oil u talked about, i wanna buy one
@@auikz4979 carlsons Norwegian cod liver oil. Lemon flavor makes it taste like nothing 😁, no fishy flavor what so ever
And the label last time I checked didn't say anything about vegetable or canola oil
Yohimbine?
Yohimbine effing sucks dude.
With these supplements how do they affect the kidneys I recently had a large stone removed and I don't want to do that again
Does boron have a similar effect to tongkat ali?
Yes .. 9mg+ Boron p/d should provide more Testosterone being freed from Sex Hormone Binding Globulin
Wow, there would be no room for food! 😂
Is there a connection between high muscle energy and higher creatine levels? Maybe I go for bloodwork the day after a weight workout but my creatine is often found high. Thus why would one need to take creatine? Kidneys don't like it and EFGR is around 58. So, here is a not one size firlts all moment?
Creatine and creatinine are different things.
youre talking about creatinine, not creatin, it is normal for people that workout to have higher creatinine found in their bloodwork, its nothing to worry about. most doctors dont take the differences of normal people and people that workout regularly into account, theyre no experts in bodybuilding, they will compare your stats to the average guy. just make sure youre drinking enough water.
@@Zanza1122 Thank you so much for this. Makes sense now!! Yes, I have a 2 and half liter drinking habit. :)
There's a lot of "cans" and "could" and "possibly" and "suggests" in these videos. When will science prove the "will?" and "does?" I am not slamming Thom, I realize he doesn't do the research himself. I'm just thinking that "nutrition" and "vitamin" companies make a TON of money off of consumers.
It's impossible to tell what's real and what's marketing. It's all profit driven. The goal post changes every 5 years or so to keep us buying all this crap.
Finally A video not related to FASTING
Really enjoyed this. But I struggle to see how I can find the time to order all of these and take them efficiently
Think of this video as a starting point. It gives you some things to consider. Now, it's up to you. Write down each of the 17 supplements, along with a sentence or two about what they're good for, and then start looking-up each one that interests you. When you decide that a particular supplement is interesting enough to include in your life, then begin looking at various manufacturers of that supplement, paying attention not merely to price but also to ingredients, lab certifications (if relevant), reputation of the company overall, and reviews.
As for the time, it's fairly well established that we carve out time for things that are truly important to us. Perhaps you could go to bed 10-15 minutes later than usual, or wake up 10-15 minutes earlier than usual, to do some of this research and ordering. Perhaps you could do some of it over lunch. Perhaps you could find 10-15 minutes just on a here-or-there basis. If it's important enough to you, you'll find the time. Cheers!
Hi there! Did you try fadogia to boost testosterone, what is your results with it if you did?
Does anyone know if Thomas has admitted to taking TRT or not?
He's obviously enhanced his physique at some point over the years, but who cares really. Each to their own.
However, i suspect with him experiencing hair loss quickly after starting 600mg of tongkat ali supplementation, stating that he had to drop the dose to 200mg... he probably has a shit ton of it being produced naturally anyway
❤
What about bovine colostrum? Anyone else taking it and notice any positive or negative impacts?
nade! Never try to rush things or this[ ruclips.net/video/axVHp0_O8ek/видео.html ] could be the outcome.
Started taking nmn 5 months ago felt better more energy an grew a goatee black hair on edges white through middle noticed from one side more black hairs now 90 % black hairs maybe I'm 70 years old an my doctors lab tests were all very good
l-Carnitine, not even a mention

How much cod liver oil should u take?
