Report from Harvard health- “Key findings: Artificial sweeteners were linked to a 9% higher risk of any type of cardiovascular problem (including heart attacks) and an 18% greater risk of stroke.”
“The study also identified three artificial sweeteners that appear to be the most problematic. Aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal) was linked to a higher risk of stroke, while acesulfame potassium (Sunnett, Sweet One) and sucralose (Splenda) were associated with higher coronary artery disease risk.”
I personally understand the difference between correlation and causation. We can’t exactly study human beings in a lab with all conditions controlled ethically though. Sucralose is in almost every zero sugar energy drink and most pre workout. Also damages DNA and changes micro gut biome unfavorably.

He just recommended 17 supplements and he never replies to comments so I'll try to answer. It all depends on what your goal is. What are you trying to supplement for.
Your question is too general so I can't answer that unfortunately.
And just buy any Protein shake that contains Whey. Many brands like to pretend they're better than others but it's all the same stuff just a different taste.
Some charge more for a better taste profile or slightly better dissolving in water or milk etc. But in reality aside from the taste it's all the same so whichever seems like its worth the money to you is fine.
Something else that comes to mind actually If you are looking for a supplement due to your age I'd probably go with NMN in combination with Resveratrol to counteract some of the effects of aging. Look up David Sinclair a legit researcher who takes this and researches it and that might be interesting to you.

*Sodium-induced hyperhydration decreases urine output and improves fluid balance compared with glycerol- and water-induced hyperhydration*
      pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25494972/
_"Changes in body weight (BW), urine production, fluid retention, hemoglobin, hematocrit, plasma volume, and perceptual variables were monitored throughout the 3-h trials. After 3 h, SIH was associated with significantly (p < 0.05) lower hemoglobin, hematocrit (SIH: 43.1% ± 2.8%; GIH: 44.9% ± 2.4%), and urine production, as well as greater BW, fluid retention (SIH: 1144 ± 294 mL; GIH: 795 ± 337 mL), and plasma volume (SIH: 11.9% ± 12.0%; GIH: 4.0% ± 6.0%) gains, compared with GIH and WIH. No significant differences in heart rate or abdominal discomfort were observed between treatments. In conclusion, our results indicate that SIH is a superior hyperhydrating technique than, and proves to be a worthwhile alternative to, GIH."_

youre talking about creatinine, not creatin, it is normal for people that workout to have higher creatinine found in their bloodwork, its nothing to worry about. most doctors dont take the differences of normal people and people that workout regularly into account, theyre no experts in bodybuilding, they will compare your stats to the average guy. just make sure youre drinking enough water.

There's a lot of "cans" and "could" and "possibly" and "suggests" in these videos. When will science prove the "will?" and "does?" I am not slamming Thom, I realize he doesn't do the research himself. I'm just thinking that "nutrition" and "vitamin" companies make a TON of money off of consumers.

It's impossible to tell what's real and what's marketing. It's all profit driven. The goal post changes every 5 years or so to keep us buying all this crap.

Think of this video as a starting point. It gives you some things to consider. Now, it's up to you. Write down each of the 17 supplements, along with a sentence or two about what they're good for, and then start looking-up each one that interests you. When you decide that a particular supplement is interesting enough to include in your life, then begin looking at various manufacturers of that supplement, paying attention not merely to price but also to ingredients, lab certifications (if relevant), reputation of the company overall, and reviews.
As for the time, it's fairly well established that we carve out time for things that are truly important to us. Perhaps you could go to bed 10-15 minutes later than usual, or wake up 10-15 minutes earlier than usual, to do some of this research and ordering. Perhaps you could do some of it over lunch. Perhaps you could find 10-15 minutes just on a here-or-there basis. If it's important enough to you, you'll find the time. Cheers!

He's obviously enhanced his physique at some point over the years, but who cares really. Each to their own.
However, i suspect with him experiencing hair loss quickly after starting 600mg of tongkat ali supplementation, stating that he had to drop the dose to 200mg... he probably has a shit ton of it being produced naturally anyway
