- Film producer Harvey Weinstein created some of the year's biggest movies, including "Lee Daniels' The Butler," "August: Osage County," "Philomena" and "Mandela: A Long Walk to Freedom." Weinstein joins the "CBS This Morning" co-hosts to discuss the Golden Globes and the upcoming Oscar nominations.

@@jeremybeau8334believe it or not his convictions in New York state were overturned recently and he would be out of prison were it not for the fact that California had him convicted and so he still has to finish serving that 16-year sentence .
They were going to send him back to California to the prison there but now he's been sent back to Rikers because something just came on in the news about him being given special treatment at some hospital where he had all these extra perks that regular prisoners didn't have
so sad..he is talenedt but talent must come from a pure healthy heart hoping for a new hollywood
