Join me, won't you? Today we're storming a castle to slay Tholar the Chanter!
Sound should be significantly improved this time around as I have a lapel mic that travels with me and records pretty clean audio. This session was a long one. I actually recorded it over the course of 2 days. Ultimately, I was successful, but the increased number of Soldiers and Guards are presenting a problem for the Orc heroes as they are pretty darn tough. Luckily I came out of this quest with a lot of resources for potential weapon and armor upgrades.
Made some mistakes along the way, but that's just the nature of solo gaming sometimes. I try to point out my errors when I catch them. Did you spot any I missed? Let me know in the comments below.
    Enjoy the playthrough!

I'd say the quest story states that they're already in the woods. So before they step onto the board, everyone should already be considered invisible in the forest and are untargetable by LoS per the rules since they're in the Shadow of the Woods. I think your concern would be valid if they started on the road and tried to cross into the forest. Technically I'd say that the Guards and dogs across the road from one another should be invisible from one another as they're all standing in the forest, and can't see into the forest.

That's a great point about being in the forest already before entering the map!

Mandar and Orrus don't have Agile, (and neither are the soldiers) so they shouldn't be able to walk through tree trunk squares. Tree Trunks while not blocking LoS, they do block LoF, so on Thalla's second turn, she shouldn't have been able to attack that guard. This confused me first too, as I thought they were stumps at first based on the art, but they're trunks and the art is doing it's best to show the tree's location.
