Did this video after a long walk.Had pain in my right leg so I couldn't bend it in cross legged position.I went on with the video ny leg relaxed was able to bend my leg w/o pain by the end of the video. Thank you, Luchin❤❤❤❤

Hi, is their something I can do about my knee area specifically? I have been walking and started jogging in between. After implementing jogging, both my knees were swelling and painful. They said jogging and being overweight, no exercise for 10 years and 64, my knees cannot handle the jogging. Thank you so much for giving me simple directions on your practice. Easy to follow for a beginner like me. Love it.
Thank you for your kind words! And Thank you for making an effort to improve your health. Try this exercise: sit on a tall chair and swing your legs while flexing your ankles. Aim for at least 15 minutes a day. Additionally, consider speed walking instead of jogging; it should help too! 🙏
Your vedios gave me so much comfort 💓 I start doing excersice for stress and feeling so much better,and after given pressure point in the knee my husband 😅 rush for poo as he was having constipation 😅😅😅😅
