Nice update! I wouldn’t worry too much about what other people say or think. Anyone can go any direction after being a box truck owner operator. I’ve seen box trucks for sale in which people have mentioned they are graduating to a semi truck. I’ve seen some people go to cargo vans after driving a semi truck. We only live once so it’s awesome when you have the chance to do what your heart is feeling.
There are trolls out here on the Internet but the cool thing is that there really is a nice community here and I appreciate the community more so now because I left my W-2 last year and it’s nice to talk to people in the truck community like you. 👍🏾

Being a boss is work and responsibility and some folks not cut out for it. Stay with a company if your gonna drive a big rig. Big tractor trailer industry is dead and owner operator. Box Truck is the go to for the industry now since big truck industry is dead. It's good to know and have CDL experience but it's not like it use to be. Veterans are getting out. Box Truck is the future until the they regulate and change the CDL industry.

pause on the everything is for sale part lmao jk I do IT work, gonna get a box truck to work in the afternoons after my 9-5. Goal is to stack maybe get rid of the 9-5 and invest money into real state , live off the rentals. Goal is to just be available for my kids for life

You gotta get grounded. One week you were fixing your truck to get a driver then weeks later your posted your CDL journey wasn't going great. Then three weeks later you sell your truck😮. I would have kept my truck and waited to get a driver or drove when I could. I don't know your situation and I been there with fast changing decisions and up and down emotions of the game. I have CDL and own a box truck so I know. Much luck to you bro!

Bra it takes a lot of capital to be a O/O just wait until you get older get your personal finances right first at least 50 to 75 k if not you are 1 breakdown from going out of business you can't focus because you want to be a O/O just work and live and get your finances right because business is not for everyone believe that young man
