and you're really a phenomenal teacher. You lay it all out so clearly and simply that anyone can understand.
It helps if you know your subject, and are not stumbling around in the dark like so many others. Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it.

Hi Whitney, you are certainly getting into these lessons, it makes me happy that they are well received.
Good job...............I have never done it with a pop cycle stick but have used my drill and an Arkansas stone to polish pivots.
Yes, that works well also.
great video, im really enjoying your lessons
Thanks for the compliment, I am glad you like the videos.
great video! would large 'sticks' like you're using with 1200grit paper not tend to create a cone on the pivot?
Make sure you hold the 1200 grit stick parallel to the arbor.
Very informative. Hopefully not jumping ahead. How much slop can you allow in the bushings before you have to replace them? 🙂 Rob
Hi Rob, this subject is discussed in lesson 10. The max. allowable before having to rebush a movement plate is for the wheel arbor to be no more than 5 degress from the perpendicular, relative to the movement plate.
