    Good job...............I have never done it with a pop cycle stick but have used my drill and an Arkansas stone to polish pivots.

    great video! would large 'sticks' like you're using with 1200grit paper not tend to create a cone on the pivot?

      Make sure you hold the 1200 grit stick parallel to the arbor.

    Very informative. Hopefully not jumping ahead. How much slop can you allow in the bushings before you have to replace them? 🙂 Rob

      Hi Rob, this subject is discussed in lesson 10. The max. allowable before having to rebush a movement plate is for the wheel arbor to be no more than 5 degress from the perpendicular, relative to the movement plate.
