I’ve learned more about God through my suffering than I ever learned from the good times in my life.

Amen. "Allowing suffering" is not "unloving" since God has an open arms policy, just as a good parent w/ their own unruly children must "allow" their child to go their own "SUFFERING" way when the child is an adult & FIRM on living a Godless life. It would actually be "UNloving" to FORCE such people to follow God's ways & in this way everyone gets what they deserve (i.e., eat junk, get sick, get into fights, get beat up, offend the Light, the Light leaves you, as it's written God's Light is born unto ALL, tho' not all remain in the Light). Unruly children may also raise unruly children & in consequence their children TOO may "suffer" tho' God does not sow good seeds in bad soil, what is dark, came from darkness, that will only prosper when FREELY CHOOSING the light, to follow God's LOVE-BASED commandments (i.e. getting right w/ God), THEN God will dwell w/ them which MANY attest to FINALLY finding their inner peace, ----"SUFFERING" being the catapult.

Actually the people that I’ve known with dementia never forgot God. I’m not saying it’s not possible but at the nursing home that was something that surprised us that people didn’t even remember their own names remembered God.

It is true~ I have a friend who was brain damaged, she lost the ability to remember even the conversation we just have a minute ago, but, to our amazement, she remembers her Lord Jesus and she even could sing a number of hymns with joy on her face!! 🎇Her spiritual life was not damaged, even when her brain was! Praise the Lord!! ❤

What I gather from the book of Job is that no matter how bad it gets don't blaspheme the name of the Lord and at the end your reward would be 100 fold.Love god with every fiber of your being.

If you believe this life is all there is then there would be injustice in suffering . If you believe that this world is fallen and understand there is an eternal state after this one then suffering makes more sense. God knows those that are his. Some will get sick and draw closer to God while others grow further apart. God demonstrates his glory through your weakness. Even the sick that die early in unbelief will demonstrate Gods glory for do you not know there are degrees of judgement. What if in his mercy he knows someone because they have free will spares that person from an even higher judgement?

it's extremely simple lol. God sees the future. what you see as a bad thing might in fact end well.
secondly your life here is what 100 years? on the other side it's forever. I would think in forever you could get over some of the pain of this life.
also pain can be used for good. ask the military. it's useful for shaping people.

Suffering creates perseverance and gain in the kingdom of heaven to the believers. Romans 5:3 You are crucifying the flesh (being colleged for the LORD'S will in your life to look like Christ Jesus at his return.) you have been born into in the world and strengthening the Spirit. Its your our direct connection to the presence of GOD. Your adopted Father, Amen 🙏 🙌

i am stuck with these three questions in my mind. question one: can you get saved without God the father revealing himself through Jesus Christ? question two: the bible says we are all dead tresspassing in sin how can we believe in him cause we're dead spiritually from the moment adam took off the fruit you will die. question three: is a follow up to the first two) my own personal salvation was God revealed himself to a dead person lost in all my ways without god the father revealing there was no way i was going ot believe at best god would be a great concept to make up religions to serve man. the bible makes it clear to me many are called few are chosen. In the words of Paul the Apostle every man work out his own salvation with fear and trembling i am so sad to see the church so broken so deluded so bastardised i wonder am i in the end times

First, it is the Holy Spirit who works sovereignly on the mind of the sinner, so that he becomes spiritually aware of the state before God that he or she is in. That is being born again or born anew. The sinner can then 'see'. They are then responsive to the gospel of God's grace in Christ Jesus. This fits in perfectly with your second question. Because we are spiritually dead, God gives life by the Spirit awaking your mind. Your conscience comes into play. Sin becomes a reality to your conscience rather than just the norm. The gospel message tells of your condition of being lost and under condemnation before God, with no hope and without God in the world. But the gospel is good news. Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. The Holy Spirit comes into play again, as God the Father draws you in faith to the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, for forgiveness and eternal Life when you believe or have faith that Christ died and suffered for you personally. God has raised Christ from among the dead, as proof that your sins have been dealt with to the Father's complete satisfaction and glory. Christ is now glorified in response to the Lord's prayer in John ch. 17. When you believe, the Holy Spirit enters your being, you pass from spiritual death unto spiritual life with Eternal Life in Christ. you are accepted in the beloved, reconciled to God, sins cleans and gone for good (purged), you have peace with God, you become a child of God and can address Him as your Father. You will still sin because you are in a body of flesh with a sinful nature, but you partake of a new divine nature, you will love other Christians, and best of all, God sees you 'in Christ', part of a new creation and you are made the 'righteousness of God' in Christ. 2 Corinthians ch. 5. There is so much you have to learn, but the more you do, then the more you will have the complete assurance that you are a child of God, eternally secure and Heaven is your home. Hope this helps. Oh by the way, you are in the end times. Jesus is coming for you soon.

Not only does God allow suffering but He demanded it. In the cross God laid the punishment for your sins and mine on His lovely Son, and then Christ put away sin, that is the root of the problem, by entering into death as a sacrifice for sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians ch. 5 last verse.

as expected, this video grapples with the problem of suffering but doesn't offer satisfactory answers. the traditional theistic explanations, such as free will, testing, and divine retribution, fail to adequately address the immense suffering in the world, especially the suffering of innocent children and those who experience lifelong pain and hardship. the video ultimately relies on faith and the hope of an afterlife to reconcile suffering with the idea of a loving God, but these are not universally accepted and don't resolve the fundamental philosophical and moral questions raised by the existence of suffering.

    (1) God created the universe where his angels, who he gave true freedom, dwell. (2) Some angels refused to remain within God's rule and God lost a third of his angels to Lucifer's rebellion. (3) God is looking for replacements to take over the roles of the lost angels in his universe. (4) God owns the universe and has the right to dictate rules on those who wants to become part of it. (5) The best way to see which among the free creatures wants to play by his rules is to allow these free creatures face the leader of the rebels head-on. (6) During the face-off, Satan is using the sufferings as a weapon to lead people away from God. (7) Satan is leading away people from God to prevent his existence coming to an end. He is doing it for self-preservation. That's what the bible says. Makes sense doesn't it?

Talking about ‘justice’… according to Turek here when something goes wrong there is a cost.
Now that cost should be a burden upon the person that caused the wrong. That would be Justice (at least to some wrongdoers). Unfortunately there’s a plethora of wrongdoers that never receive what would be Just. And their victims never receive justice. One example is the act of ‘murder’. But that’s another story.
Point being… Justice is something that should be administered upon wrongdoers. They should carry the burden of their wrongdoing. So how does that comport with Jesus stepping in to accept justice for all human misdeeds?? Why should Jesus be the sacrificial lamb for everyone else ?? By Jesus doing so his actions (supposedly) relieves the punishment that should be placed upon other people. Is that JUST ?? Nope ! So in a very real sense Jesus’ sacrifice did NOT serve justice upon the individual(s) that should’ve been paying the price. And it’s a disservice to human societies because it postpones true justice into some ‘afterlife’ that can’t even be proven to exist. So in a very real sense Jesus’ sacrifice is at its very core a corruption of what justice should be. It’s a ludicrous proposition that a god (that also can’t be proven) should take our “sin” upon itself. And it’s equally ludicrous to propose that an innocent (such as the “son of god”) to pay the price for human sin. One reason being is we humans merely act within the confines of the NATURE in which we were created. Would anyone condemn a deer for behaving like a deer? A bird behaving like a bird ? A virus acting like a virus ? A dog for acting like a dog ? A shark behaving like a shark ?
If we were actually created, all our imperfections should be the fault of the creator !! After all we played no role in our own creation. We had no choice in deciding our own nature. Since our nature is flawed from the very moment of creation we may have free-will but that free will is merely another part of our imperfect creation… free-will ultimately leads to poor choices because it is IMPERFECT !
    On to Lennox…
One thing to note early on… what is the frame of reference here to justify thought ?? The reference often utilized is 3000>2000 year old scrolls and personal testimonies. And they’re used in such a manner of constituting a good degree of “factru” - (fact & truth). Unfortunately the bible was assembled in such a manner as to benefit the church. Motivated by chauvinistic men forming institutions for personal gain or either wealth and/or power.
Point being very little of the Bible should be taken literally !! And anyone who consistently uses the bible as “evidence” is walking on thin ice. Lennox in this video (which he often does elsewhere) is to hedge his bets, split hairs, obfuscate, etc all the while swearing to the truth of those ancient documents. What that demonstrates is that a person’s professional credentials doesn’t necessarily reflect a person’s “intellect”, in areas of which even the biblical historians & researchers can not claim fact with any degree of certainty.
The more I watch of Lennox the more respect I posses of him being a classic obfuscater and bet hedger. His “talent” there is something to be awestruck over. Toss in a little British humor & foreign accent you you get a traveling snake oil salesman.

Hinduism enables true Seekers to REALISE the actual cause for Creation 😊

They have changed God’s truth into a lie (Romans 1:25):
Who will deny that Jesus calls himself the beginning of the creation of God in Revelation 3:14? Whosoever does so loves death (Proverbs 8:36). If Jesus himself says he is a creation, then who is a mere man to say different? God made Jesus a creator, but still it is God’s spirit and power within Jesus that does all things alone. A creation cannot be served or worshipped-it is crucial for salvation to understand this. Jesus said “NOW THEY HAVE KNOWN THAT ALL THINGS WHATSOEVER YOU HAVE GIVEN ME BELONG TO YOU” (John 17:7). Jesus can do nothing of himself, but only by the power of God that works through him (John 5:30, John 8:28).

I see you only like to read in *Verses* not bothering about what the Whole CHAPTER Speaks of as in *Romans 1:25* Paul is Addressing the Romans who had Statues of Wood & Stone who they Worshipped as gods (Lower Case g) Since you can only Handle one verse at a Time have you read *Romans 9:5* (N.I.V) 🤔
You Quote *Revelation 3:14* but Ignore all the Other times Yeshua says he is the Almighty and the 1st and the Last *Revelation 1:7-8 / **1:17**-18 / 2:8-9 / 21:5-7 / **22:12**-16* Only a Title YHWH uses in the Old Testament *Isaiah 44:6 / **48:12**-13* (N.I.V) But Lets go back to Revelation 3 and Tell me Whos Throne is Yeshua Sitting on 🤔 *Revelation 3:21* 🤔
You Quote *John 5:30* again you are Cherry Picking Verses with out reading the *Context/Content* Surrounding that Verse So Start at *John 5:19-47* (N.I.V) and see if you have the Same Question 🤔
You Quote *John 8:28* but Skip *John 8:24* 😂😅😂
Lets Hope you dont read *John 8:56-58* for than you would Know Yeshua is Quoting the Divine Name of God he Gave Moses to Tell the Israelites *Exodus 3:13-15* ( I AM WHO I AM )

      Since you Quoted *John 8:28*
      " *I AM HE* " is a Divine Name of God he Uses in the Old Testament *Isaiah 41:4 / **43:10**/13/25 / 46:6 / **48:12** / 52:6 / Deuteronomy 32:39* (N.I.V)
Yeshua Uses the Same " *I AM HE* " to Apply to Himself in the New Testament.
      *Mark 13:5-6* (N.I.V)
      (5) JESUS said to them, "Watch out no one deceives you." (6) Many will Come in MY NAME CLAIMING " *I AM HE* " & will deceive many. "
      *John 8:24/28 / **13:18**-19 / 19:5-6 / Revelation 1:18 / **2:23** / Mark 13:5-6* (N.I.V)
