    Back with Intermediate+Intense Yoga Sequence :)
    Let's work on our core through this yoga sequence, this is a full body flow perfect for mornings. It is suitable for Intermediate or Experienced practitioners.🙏
    No props needed. It is a complete Follow Along session.
    This class includes poses that help us stretch along with improving Flexibility, Strength and perfect for weight loss. Here we will hold each pose for short duration of 15 seconds. Hope you like it. I will add more such videos in future.
