    Sister, I think on the area of food blame the herds men/ insecurity and the government, who destroyed crops and farm produce, that push prices of food high, farmers no longer have the need to go to farm since safety comes first. When the middle belt is been destroyed we forgot that it will affect food supply in the long run but none of you blow the siren calling for help, and this region is where lots of food comes from. Investing in agriculture is very very important but if the problems of the herds fulani is not tamed, it will be like fetching water with a basket.
    About the hospital I think doctors should come together and work together, in the western world their hospital is like departmental store, all the doctors work under one roof. Main while it is actually different shops put together, that is why it's like everything is in one place, what the government own is only the building, they pay for rent and the rest the doctors controls their earning and pay their staff and also pay their tax. They only include insurance that help to subsidize payments for citizens, because you already paying your insurance premium that covers health.
    What make me mad is Nigeria government can not just build a huge building and allow the doctors to run their business and pay tax, They only need to help regulate polices to protect the ordinary man/woman

    You are doing great my sister, kudos to you! Please keep it up. But please remember that, though there are multiple investment opportunities in Nigeria, there are a lot of other things that drag things way down...: Insecurity, curruption and cheating at all levels; very poor infrastructure, political & societal instability, the worst of it all is mediocrity in governmet/politics that gives rise to the poorest type of leadership anyone can think of...! I am not loosing hope though...!

    • @FloFinance
      @FloFinance  3 года назад +2

      Everything I talk about on my channel is open to EVERYONE that wants to invest in Nigeria irrespective of where you live. Rather than favouring those outside Nigeria, exchange rate hurts them because if the person needs to move the proceeds out of Nigeria after investment, the person will lose. So for those outside Nigeria, it is best to keep reinvesting the money in Nigeria once it comes in.
      If after watching this video and other videos I have on this channel you feel the investments are only for those outside Nigeria then this channel is not for you because you already have a fixed mindset about investing.

      Exactly. If you sent £10k to Nigeria 2years ago at 450 you are already at a huge loss. Today's rate is over 700. You will need at least 55% pure profit just to break even in 2years considering the poor state of the economy.

    In south east. It's just Memphys hospital in Enugu that you can boast of having diagnostic tools like MRI, CT etc (that is fully functional) and it isn't even owned by a Nigerian. I remember when my aunty (of blessed memory) was admitted in Enugu general hospital(Park lane), they ordered CT scan and we had to run helter-skelter looking for where to do the scans. We had to transport her to Memphys to get the scan. She nearly died on the way(bumpy ride, smoke from the bus, etc)mind you that she was unconscious then. Very unstable condition. Did I say we had to fuel their ambulance, because the general hospital's ambulance driver refused to transport us saying the bus no get fuel. I feel I'm deviating 😪 but the point I'm trying to make is that we need people to invest in the health sector in Nigeria. We can't even boast of Government owned hospital.

      Ah-ah you want to force me to talk about something I don't know about? Na wa for you ooo. I don’t talk about things I am not knowledgeable about.
      So take mine as a feedback too. Start a RUclips channel on analysing investments in Nigeria and other places, it might be your calling. I said other places because if you don't want people to invest in Nigeria, you must have other places to direct them to.
      I'm serious. Financial education is lacking in our society and the more people talk about it, the better. I don't want to be the only one doing this job of educating Nigerians about personal finance. I don't know why my response rubbed you the wrong way. Some of you prefer to be ignored when you comment because one response bam! You get angry and defensive.

    Flo finance, this info is outdated and with $10k now am sure of getting 1.78% daily. Why will I give out $10k just to earn $330 after one yr? . If people don't know what to do with money, let them bring it to me.

      1.78% per day is 650% per annum. No legit investment can give you that guaranteed ROI. No way.
