I live in India and trust me where I live it's H.O.T! Like 100°f hot in the summers. Plus not many have air conditioning in the house so freezing the bowl, the whisk attachment and even having an ice bath (if you are using a hand held whisk) really helps. But obviously if heat isn't a problem then you don't need to do any of this 😊
I’m currently looking up how to do a good cream for tres leches, I was gonna do just regular whipped cream from heavy cream and top it with cinnamon because we do that in Peru, but I want a really nice cream so I considered mixing it with butter for more richness.. how did it turn out?
you gon freak out when you figure out that buttercream (what’s usually used on cakes/cupcakes) is literally 4 cups of butter and 6 1/2 cups of icing sugar, that’s my recipe atleast
This is not stabilized whipped cream. It will break if not used right away
Add gelatin powder, it works as a stabilizer 😊
