Super Robot Wars EX (SNES): Masaki Route Final Fight (English Patch)

Prince Feillord of Langran has a terminal illness, which caused him to desperately scheme a plan to summon super robots from the surface world in an attempt to fight off the invading neighbor countries. After being seduced by the overwhelming power of the mega robot Duraxyll, the prince declares war on the entire La Gias, aiming to unite all the nations through brute force. Masaki Andoh and half of the Londo Bell take arms against him in the hope to stop him from his misguided ambition.
Masaki's route is classified as the "easy" difficulty, and it shows. Despite the classic timeline being a lot harder than the modern titles, you can still go through Masaki's story without a sweat if you actually utilize terrain bonuses, upgrades, the Lucky spirit (double EXP and funds for stronger pilots and upgrades). Because ranged weapons in EX actually increase their Rngs from upgrading, weapons like Linear Railgun and VSBR are downright broken for doing sheer amounts of damage in the places nobody can hit back.
Feil's Duraxyll has Mega Smasher, a very powerful attack that easily kills anyone if it crits. He is accompanied by Kevin Ault in his Blowell Custom, which absorbs beam attacks. Their max ranges are 6 and 7 respectively, so if you've upgraded your artillery users to have at least 8 range, they will smash them both up even before they get a chance to act. Moreover, due to their nature to rush your team with higher movements, you can end the battle before the rest of the enemy troops can even reach you.
