I'm feeling really overwhelmed at the moment... So this video is a great reminder to do some self care. I'm addicted to doom-scrolling, when I don't feel like I have the energy for anything else. I have tried setting time-limits on certain apps. Any further tips for managing large to-do lists and staying sane are highly appreciated 🙈😅❤️ Thank you for another video filled with inspiration towards a more decluttered life.
Keep chipping away at the clutter as this will hopefully reduce the to do list! It makes life so much easier. Only put important items on the to do list. Small jobs do them as you come across them. X
