The year is 1987. Motorcycle ninjas tighten their grip on Florida's narcotics trade, viciously annihilating anyone who dares move in on their turf. Multi-national martial arts rock band Dragon Sounds have had enough, and embark on a roundhouse wreck-wave of crime-crushing justice. When not chasing beach bunnies or performing their hit song "Against the Ninja," Mark (kung-fu master/inspirational speaker Y.K. Kim) and the boys are kicking and chopping at the drug world's smelliest underbelly. It'll take every ounce of their blood and courage, but Dragon Sounds can't stop until they've completely destroyed the dealers, the drunk bikers, the kill-crazy ninjas, the middle-aged thugs, the "stupid cocaine"...and the entire MIAMI CONNECTION!!!

Great song. 80s were cheesy for better or worse. But there’s a pure innocence and optimism there that we cannot replicate today. And that’s sad but that’s life. Awesome tune. Good times and memories.

It's everything comical about the early 80's
Dragon Sound is one of the most underrated groups of the 80's, if not of all time. This just surpassed Alan Thicke's "Sweaty and Hot" as the #1 relic of the Reagan era.
This movie rules. I strive to embody the spirit of Dragon Sound every day. FRIENDS FOR ETERNITY!

It was crazy, I heard this song in Best of the Worst then a while later I hear it in Blood Dragon. Too weird...had to hear this piece of art in its entirety. Now, I think it's hilarious cause...well...your watching the video.

Absolutely honest and sympathetic film. The guys just had fun and you can see that. I prefer it to any Hollywood blockbuster. And the soundtrack rocks 😁🤘

I went to Martial Arts world, the school owned by YK Kim in the early 2000s. There were a bunch of them. They still exist. I actually learned a counter from being tripped there that I still use in BJJ but nothing else

I used to date a girl I worked with and introduced her to MST3K and Rifftrax but for months before we started dating and afterward she'd always hear me singing this song until I finally showed her the Rifftrax of the movie and she cracked up because she thought the song I had been singing was a joke/riff about something in the movie and never dreamed it was a legit song from the movie sung in complete sincerity.
Having known about this before playing farcry 3 blood dragon, hearing this play during the credits was fucking MAGICAL.

I love how the music is so obviously put in afterwards, because you can hear that the clapping is totally out of beat and not the same recording, they are just clapping to a bunch of guys dancing around miming on stage hahahah !! Just saw this tonight at the Brattle Theater in Harvard Square-epic!
I'll be sad if they do not continue this as a franchise. I absolutely dug every big of it. From the combat, to the Power Glove, to the corny one liners, to the Terminator and 80's sci-fi nod. It is definitely a game I can say I enjoyed entirely.
