Doing things PROPerly on the V10 Touareg!

- After getting shafted with numerous prop issues on the V10, we have decided to try a custom single shaft to see if this will eliminate said issues.
We will be testing this over the next few off road trips, all being well we will get these listed on the website as an upgrade!

Great to see updates and upgrades on the V10 Beast
great video, that Harrop e locker in your front diff will make a world of difference once you are off road pulling the bulk of the vehicle weight ,it will almost be like walking up a hill or down a muddy lane you couldn't drive in the past, you'll be very surprised, i know your not a Toyota driver or channel, a co worker of mine just did a 2007 Toyota Tundra and put in a upgraded transfer case and added front and rear lockers and the truck only had a rear LSD from factory ,it also has 33" tires Toyo open country AT3M'S ,really good for our Canadian climate and i am amazed at the trails we have gone down in this truck, it is a night and day difference, you'll be happy with a single piece prop shaft they stand up much better off road , future videos just mean good times ahead and George's comments coming from the backseat, he's a character and a half 👍

DiffLock motors on toureg need addition disassembly and sealing before use even in normal conditions. (we had use victor reinz reinzosil for engines)
In Russia on salted winter raods new DiffLock motors lives 1-2 yeras.
Wires sealant is the weakest point.
Second promlem - electromagnetic brake that have to fix motor in some position, clutch washer wearing prevents normal fixing and cause errors in AWD controller.
Solution - new motor, or temporary solution, just glue the circle of sandpaper to the steel counterpart to which the friction clutch is pressed. To increase friction and prevent slippage in secured position, wile in normal its a binary operation, and it don't need half slip, such modification will works for a years.
We don't have issues but will bear this in mind.

can't wait to see the Harrop Locker in action. my V6 TDI does not have the rear locker. would it make any sense to add the front locker?
I would try it, rear lockers can cause trouble up steep inclines!
Did you guys ever list the V10's front bumper you've had made?
No but they would be a couple of grand!
Whats the part number of the center bearing upgrade for the v10??? Is it the 7P001A0-S or the 95501A0-??? And if i have ordered the wrong one? How do i change it?

no idea really, not sure why you would want a manual!
@@DarksideDevelopments Are the Asin boxes reliable? Did you make a rwd conversion at all?
How does the V10 tdi compare to the v12 from the Q7 when standard? And how do they compare in tuneability?
The V10 is older tech and better suited to being submerged. the V12 will make 2x more power easily, v10 not so easily.
The engines have quite lot of differences. The V10 is let down by the gearbox really so we haven't really pushed these. We are planning on making our V12 Amarok big power though!

Hi. Could you please tell me what is the manufacturer of these pins in the upper swingarms? and what is their number? Because I do myself such adjustable
rocker arm and I don't know what to fit the pins.
