Great watch! I have the Midnight Blue in for review right now and the GMT legibility is a little better with orange. It seems like the color scheme is that the seconds hand tip color is also the GMT numeral color across the line. I can picture an intent of making this complication more stealthy, for this color way, but the white GMT print shuts down that idea! Still lots to love about this piece though.
I see what you mean about the use of Red for the GMT reading. The red tip on the second hand is quite bright though. I wish they'd use more yellow with black dials, like Damasko do. The red tipped second hand on my Big Crown Pro Pilot used to drive me mad because it just got lost against the dial. If you're going to use red use a bright red!
Happy New Year Bob! I always seem to like SWC watches when they are reviewed, but I just can’t get past their logo - never liked it; the cramped text, the symbol - it’s uncomfortable on the eye! And with this watch, I can’t forgive a GMT where the GMT function is hard to use/see. My 2cents. More power to you and the channel this year❤ Enjoy your trip👍
