    Es importante el descanso sobretodo. Cuando hay edad sobrepeso a eso sumado la falta de agilidad creo que debería estar descansando en una casa de REPOSO

      Buenos Días es importante primero es el control de la presión arterial siempre un chequeo medico porque te agitas demasiado deberías primero salir a correr. Nadar para que saques resistencia y flexibilidad porque salir así es una falta de respeto para todos los que teven GRACIAS. ATTE

      I believe the two ways to increase speed is to practice fast single punches with small to medium weights in your hand and also to mix up the speed of your punches within a combination and throw certain punches with full speed and then go back to regular speed with the rest of them. I find this works fit for me. Hopefully also works for you. Let me know
