About 20 years ago there was an article in the newspaper about residents of an actors retirement home in New Jersey. It talked about their daily routines and social activities. A few of the residents were spotlighted and one was Pamela Duncan. She seemed to be in good spirits as she talked about her career. It was nice to see that she was doing well but also kind of sad to think that someone with the impressive career she had wound up living in an old folks home in New Jersey.
@@savoirfaire3330 I don't want to be a wise guy and say 'Attack of the Crab Monsters' but what I meant was that she has a long list of TV appearances and a bunch of movie roles. It would not have been as sad to me had she lived out her days at the Motion Picture Home in Woodland Hills with its year round sunny weather and amongst fellow Hollywood folks.
Pamela Duncan was in another HWP episode where she plays a woman protecting her corrupt husband. I like her better when she's playing someone who is on the opposite side of the law. I noticed that there are a lot of women posting on this particular episode; glad to see it, and I guess it was because they were intrigued in seeing a female cop being given the starring role.
Watch at the 24:25 mark when the bad guy who is knocked out cold helps the cop handcuffing him by lifting his right arm to make the scene move faster. ...And the police woman who is shot is the arm earlier in show shakes off the gun shot wound and throws down with the bad guys. Tough lady.
Dan in a fist fight? That's a new one. He looked like he was finished when he went over the sofa. But of course he had to win or the woman cop would have finished the bad guy. Funny where he says "Was that a shot?" The other cop could say "Either that or it was a fat tire."

Very nice house the crooks are renting, even has a working fireplace. Mathews asked miss Cole to go back to Ohio. Woah! he should be glad to have a policewoman like that in his district.
18:53 ... She crosses a creek in a skirt and high heels, and emerges dry as toast. Amazing. They sure paid low attention to continuity on this series, but then 1958 TV audiences couldn't freeze frame and rewind. :-)
