The cathedral Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is a major masterpiece of Gothic art.

I visited Strasbourg in March 2018. Such a wounderful city with so many nice people. Clean, slow and silent city. One of the most beautiful cities in Europe for sure!

I am from India and in my 12th standard textbook I have read "The Last Lesson" by the French novelist Alphonse Daudet , it's so amazing and emotional though , that story was actually depicted the Alsace region in France and since reading that story I have gained the desire to visit Alsace at least once in my life ❤ ❤ ❤
Je viens de Serbie et Je vivais à Strasbourg comme étudiante d’Erasmus pendant la période de cinq mois. Strasbourg me manquera à chaque moment de ma vie😂 Je suis un peu dramatique, mais cette vidéo me rend vraiment triste, j’espère que cette situation du virus se terminera bientôt pour que je puisse visiter Strasbourg ASAP. Je suis né a Strasbourg , en Mai 2019 j'ai rencontré une étudiante Ukrainienne qui s'appelle Yulia ou Yuliya , a Illkirch Graffenstaden près de l'arrêt de tram Campus et je suis amoureux de elle , malheureusement j'ai plus de nouvelle d'elle je voudrais pouvoir la recontacter ou au moins être amis avec elle , elle avait des lunettes mais elle a du rentrer en Ukraine , peut-être que tu la connais ?

He missed a thing in the cathedral. On one pillar, there is a dog sculpted in. Was the dog of one of the architect who draw and start build the cathedral. The dog was with him every day since his death. So he decided to add a statued dog on one pillar.

Did you know France and Germany used to be one country. It goes all the way back in 800. The Frankish Empire of Charlemagne
@@christophermichaelclarence6003 it's a bit different than that. Gemany didn't exist as a "country" before the 19th century. You mean the Germanic region/tribes.

@@christophermichaelclarence6003 yeah, prussia was one of the many parts of the germanic region that eventually spoke high german. Alsace/Elsaz was one of them too but ended being colonized by france after ww1 and ww2

J'ai eu la chance d'être lábà en trois occasions,en 2013,2016 & 2022,c'est une ville vraiment extra ordinaire,avec ses architectures complètement differentes des autres pays.La Cathedrale qui donne une envie de visiter à chaque fois qu'on est lábà.Les gens sont très gentille. Le Parc de L'Orangerie est super.Et surtt reconnu pour ses universités.Ça vaux le coup d' y rendre une visite.

En Allemagne, il est très difficile de les distinguer car ils sont très similaires. I visited last summer and the whole city is just perfect but the thing that amazed me the most was the cathedral. Just how insaly huge it was and even then it was just so detailed there were many thousends figurines and more, each different from eachother.
