I have been to that part of the world, what was the USSR for business, and I can tell you that you don't under any condition wish to rent and drive a car there. They drive drunk, they drive in the city streets way to fast, and they don't use their brakes until after they hit something, and that is only sometimes !

Actually, dashcams are _required_ in Russia. And since everyone has a dashcam, that just means there's more footage for people to upload and share, and it becomes a treasure trove for channels like Caught on Camera which put together compilations like this one.

I drove taxi full time for 7 years, I can tell you this stupid shit happens all over North America all the time.
Well for me depends on the time of day and how busy it is and where I currently am. If I'm close to home, i'll go home, if it's a Saturday night and it's busy af, i'll hold it until I find a forested area or if I dropped someone out in the countryside, right there on the concession, during the day, i'll hit up any hotel or donut shop.

+Ralph Mayers I admire the Russians tbh, its seems like a pretty bad deal over there from what i hear/read but they don't complain they don't even seem to mind. At the same time I also dont understand Russia, it has a leader who seems to be loved by everyone but he is basically as close to a dictator as you can get without actually being one, he doesn't seem to do anything that makes the lives of the people better and seems more concerned with his army than anything else. I could be wrong as most of this is based on the web, news and documentaries from western sources. With the kind of national spirit the Russians seem to have it cud be a great nation but I think Putin is more concerned about looking strong than actually being strong and he is leading Russia down a fruitless path. Again i might be totally off the mark and feel free to correct me. Russia is a country i find very interesting.

The SUV hits the tire of the car, because it is rubbered, there is some kind of boïng-effect making the car bouncing on the rubber of the tire and flipping. It happens often and this is why in France, we teach people to put tire parallel after parking. Excuse my english pal

The rule of thumb when driving in Europe, Asia and Russia is to increase your speed to a dangerous level when approaching an intersection or you see people crossing the street. When approaching an accident increase your speed! Even though you have ample time to brake never apply your brakes or slow down when approaching or going through an intersection. If you are involved in an accident and your car is still drivable don't stop but keep going. If you speed through a busy intersection while going through a red light and cause an accident get out of your car and look around wondering what happened.
