I was there 2 months ago. Really great improvements going on in the country from El Tamirindo up to El Tunco. I have lived in Costa Rica full time for 5 years. When I’m driving through El Salvador and see the road construction and conditions I said to myself; what exactly have we been paying for here! El Salvador has 25 % lower PriceSmart prices, super friendly people. One issue that is big to me because I am a huge animal person. The animals are very sick and roaming the streets sick but still breeding. I understand Bukele is address this but this is out of control. Can’t go from third world to 1st with this, major poverty and almost no English spoken. For me I am and explorer and adventurous so I love challenges and overcoming them. I am considering a second location there with a stray dog sanctuary as my goal. From where it was to where it is, is shocking as long as it keeps moving this way. Great video
@@ownelsalvador Haha, it was my sons Band name in college. Their is allot of work to do there. Here in Costa Rica, several rescues do quarterly spay and neuter events usually sponsored by my foundation or another company here in Costa Rica. These work well for dogs and cats that are not sick. The issue in El Salvador is the animals are clearly sick and malnourished. Good natural food (not pricesmart stuff) has to be available with beef organ meat.
