The yzzr inserts are very nice....the down side to them is almost a month and a half for them to arrive. I understand they are made by one person and it's probably a side hustle. So if you order the yzzr inserts expect to wait for them. They are definitely worth the wait or they were for me.
yeah that was my experience as well, although they perform really well in my Pro-line trenchers. You should try the bamf printed inserts, they are similar in price and shipping is way faster. I run them in my J-Concept Landmines and they are killer.

You should also look in to SL3D.RC Squid'n'serts. Joe did some reviews of them a while back. I've tried both and the Squids win hands down and are a much better material. He's also another little guy business as well.

You keep posting all these Megalithic videos and it's making me very impatient. I have inserts (not YZZR, although I do have some in other tires) arriving Friday, but the Megalithics won't arrive until Saturday. They look like absolute bangers!

We’ve got a sorrca comp on Sunday. Got a set in the mail to arrive on Friday. I’ll at least have one comp with them if they get banned.
Hopefully they allow them. We will allow them at our comps regardless of what sorrca says.
We will be allowing them as well. Seems to be group consensus that sorrca will just be a few times a year now. Cheater comps are great! @@ExocagedRC

You think so? Even with the sideroll of the stock foams? I like the accuracy of these inserts.
The previous video yeah it was getting the lines better with the pro. I believe in the inserts but idk maybe little firmer?
They seem a lot softer at the tread. It get progressively stiffer as it compresses. I believe in this video I mention running inserts in front and foams in rear on some trucks so the rear can drift and drop into lines easier. It may be in another video. LoL I do so many.

By the way, I have a new Vanquish Pheonix RTR VS4-10 that has a little "growl" in the tranny at very slow crawling speeds over rocks and other obstacles. Its not something that sounds like grinding or a sound that indicates damage is happening, just a little "growl"... for lack of a better way to explain it! Has anyone else with one of these rigs had this sound happen under similar conditions?

I also got them for my phoenix portal because of your review. My only problem is, i want more weight up front and my brass wheel rings are a hair too big. Any ideas on getting them in there. I'm thinking i might have to go with the brass portal covers instead.

Man just saw his video and was like a new tire from JC and I didn't even know about it. After watching this I know what tires I will have on order. Lol How long does it take from the time you order til the time you got your YZZR inserts?

Is YZZRstill making inserts? I ordered a set for my tusks over a month go and have heard absolutely nothing.
Has anyone had issues with the YZZ seller in the link? I ordered a set of those for my phoenix 17 weeks ago. my patience is over now. when i made the purchase the lead time specified was 4-6 weeks. I contacted them and a guy called Jared answered me with a link to see the lead time is now 3-60 weeks. Im trying to cancell thge purchase but it is not posible. i dont want to wait 3 years for this delivery.
On the yzzr site there are 5 different specs, which ones do you have here?

Who is d440? I talk with the guy who does all these inserts. No idea who d440 is.

I believe he said on Facebook that he had been allowed by D440 to make and sell his designs.
@@ExocagedRC I'm pretty sure d440 is the guy that designs them, and also sell the stl files so you can print them yourself. He has a lot of crawler stuff on cults, including a lot of inserts, some more advanced than the yzzr ones. I believe those are earlier versions of his designs. And the guy behind yzzr did say on Facebook a while ago that he uses the d440 designs.

You may sell these inserts but you must tell people who makes them and must include the link to Cults so people can buy direct from the designer!
I've sold thousands of these inserts and 20% of my sales go to the designer
Joe, I love your UNBIASED product reviews. The tires look amazing, but... All of the positive features you pointed out are inherent to nearly every 3D printed insert, not unique to these. When it comes to material, quality, and durability, these are plastic TPU. The ones I've tried, and the ones that everyone I've talked to have tried, have not held up and don't perform as well as either 3Brc Antifoams OR SL3D.rc Squid'n'serts, which you have reviewed in the past. These are a great price, but two sets of these won't last half as long as one set of Squid'n'serts. I know you know better man. Maybe we need to see a video of why you're hyping these SO much more than the others.
I've been a big fan of yours in the past and have told probably everyone I know at some point in the past to watch your videos. I love your unique ideas that you've shown in several of your builds. I relate to the mechanic background and understanding how things work and why. Please keep it real and keep it straight. If something is better than something comparable, show why. You've got a lot of influence now, and well, you know what uncle Ben said about responsibility. Hope this strikes a chord, and hope to see more great videos in the future.
