Wow. Looks stunning. So glad to see strategy games everywhere lately!
This game is REALLY good! Intriguing characters, proper dialogue, great writing, and awesome tactical turn-based combat. Not to mention the music is fantastic. The cut-scenes are phenomenal as well.
Sleeper hit of 2023 thus far.

I very much enjoyed the new fire emblem..... except Somniel....... was fine at first then there was toooooooo much.

The conspicuously stiff lip animation is a fly in the ointment.
I think it's because the lip sync is Japanese, but English is just dubbed over it.
It's to be expected considering this is dubbed

Some character faces looks a bit generic. Being that said, I still look forward to it.

I'm having fun, but the game needs tweaking and balancing, the inclusion of side quests and character customizations would be really nice in a game of this genre.
I only hope it gets a physical release where I live! Also I don't get why they are limiting their chances of selling more by skipping Xbox?!
I believe it's because of Game Pass, it shouldn't be beneficial to all companies, even more so to new companies (just a thought)

I got it yesterady and I've played for 15 hours already!
I really hope they add more onto this game, if they patch in the qol it needs,
add on more items earlier on for more customization this would be amazing.

Ok this looks really good, seems to have good lore, but a few things.
will the cutscenes look like this in game? because the models are stiff and the lip flaps don't sync.
2nd its missing some things to make it unique and standout.
When I first saw this, I thought the models were destructive, if I hacked the enemy to death with the axe I assumed the body would split.
rather than just fall down. Like unique death animation based on enemy type & character role/weapon/skill.
That would be a VERY cool feature and fitting for a darker grittier tale.
I'd like to get this but based on what's shown here it looks like it needs a lot more work.
Is this old footage, will it look better in game? Do you plan to keep updating the game after launch?
This COULD be the best in the field, but I need more info, and it just needs a little more work.
One other thing I'd love to see is all the attack phase actions using that zoomed in cinematic camera not just skills.
That way every attack has a feeling of weight to it. both yours and that of enemies.
I'm critiquing a bit here, but I don't hate what you've made, I just see somethin that's good, (with some issues)

For fans of the color brown
I mean the color scheme fits the tone of the game. Its a dark medieval setting that at the least, partly takes place in the winter.
The developers could have gave it a more prolific color pallet...but then the tone of the game wouldn't line up with the visual style that they are trying to convey here.
Brown is just orange with less light exposure. It's science 🧐
As a fan of PS2 Berserk I approve.
I hope the actual OST is more music and less Disney.

As someone who is not a fan of anime cringe emblem either, you should give triangle strategy a try, if you haven't played that one already.

mmmm I don´t know.. they tried to make an emotional trailer, but I felt nothing , no connection to these characters, honestly it looks very generic and without soul.
I wouldn't say that. It seems like this band of "heroes" used to be a group of bandits or something that did some awful stuff, and are now trying to redeem themselves (hence the title) and save everyone. I think it could work.
