Only know my backyard birds. Isn’t he a magnificent fella! Is he in the stork family?

He’s a member of the heron family, but not a larger member like the Great Blue. He’s much smaller in size like a Green Heron or a Little Blue Heron. In terms of backyard birds, he’s bigger than a Robin, but smaller than a crow.
