    Ingredients:
    Fine minced chicken (500gms)
    Fine chopped onion (one medium size onion)
    Fine Chopped Capsicum (one medium size capsicum)
    Some freshly chopped Coriander leaves
    Two (2tbsp) table spoon of Chopped Garlic
    Salt (as you required)
    Half a tea spoon (1/2tsp) of Turmeric Powder
    One tea spoon (1tsp) of Red Chili Powder
    One tea spoon (1tsp) of Coriander Powder
    Half a tea spoon (1/2tsp) of Red Chili Flakes
    Half a tea spoon (1/2tsp) of Cumin Powder
    One tea spoon (1tsp) of Garam Masala Powder
    Half a tea spoon (1/2tsp) of Black Pepper Powder
    Bread Crumbs of 2 Bread Sliced
    Pinch of Salt (for to mix with bread crumbs)
    One Egg (slightly beaten)
    Vegetable Oil 2-3 table spoon (for pan frying of kebabs)
    Diced tomatoes (two medium size)
    One onion
    Green Capsicum (1 or 2)
    Green Chili 2
    Pinch of Black Pepper Powder
    Pinch of Salt
    Lemon Juice of Half a Lemon
    Cooking Instructions:
    Begin by placing minced chicken (500g) into a mixing bowl.
    Add finely chopped onion (one medium-size),
    finely chopped capsicum (one medium-size),
    some freshly chopped coriander leaves,
    two tablespoons of chopped garlic,
    salt as required,
    half a teaspoon of turmeric powder,
    one teaspoon of red chili powder,
    one teaspoon of coriander powder,
    half a teaspoon of red chili flakes,
    half a teaspoon of cumin powder,
    one teaspoon of garam masala powder,
    and half a teaspoon of black pepper powder.
    Mix all these ingredients thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, and then refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
    After an hour, retrieve the mixture from the refrigerator.
    To this, add bread crumbs from 2 slices of bread,
    and a pinch of salt (to be mixed with the bread crumbs).
    Thoroughly mix these additions into the mixture.
    Now In a separate bowl, crack open an egg and lightly beat it, and add this in to the mixture and mix all well.
    Now, shape the mixture into patties, forming delectable kebabs, and set them aside.
    Next, heat a pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
    Once the oil is heated, gently place the chicken kebabs into the pan.
    Fry the kebabs on each side until they are well-cooked and reach a delicious golden-brown hue.
    After all the kebabs have been cooked in the same pan,
    introduce some diced tomatoes,
    Diced onions,
    sliced green capsicum,
    and green chili to the pan.
    Follow this with a pinch of black pepper powder and a pinch of salt.
    Give everything a vigorous sauté on high heat for about a minute.
    Now, infuse the mixture with the juice of half a lemon.
    Continue sautéing the ingredients until they are wonderfully roasted and have softened to perfection.
