From my experience to be actually confident you need to know or practice literally everything. Cant talk to girls, go out and talk you'll do better everytime and with due practice you'll be confident and same goes to everything public speaking, dancing, singing, interviews, being a planner(friends outing, family functions etc). Just do it once and then once again and better this time.
