Weighted calisthenics is somehow still massively underrated for muscle building. IMO combining it with weight training at the gym will give you optimal results for sure. Great video dude
Great vid bro. For me personally, calisthenics added an extra area of progression that allowed me to push through lifting plateaus & build more muscle. The cool shit you can do on the fly is an added bonus as well
