I agree to give the money/wallet but you assume that all these attacks are for your money. Where I am from people often get abducted, raped and killed even if they coöperate. What will your advice be to them then ? Also, in all defences against a knife you WILL get injured. Surviving means limiting injuries to areas that you can manage...like your hands. I don't know about you but I would much rather take a cut in the hand and survive, than getting my throat slit in a home invasion. Then, in the last 2 years I have had 8 of my members attacked with attacks where they could not just hand over their money and walk. They had to fight and thankfully survived. 1 of these 8 attacks involved a gun, the other 7 attacks were with knives. I can't speak for them but if I could then I reckon they will all disagree with you that what I taught them was bullshit.
