Heading there next month !! First to the Caribbean of Costa Rica puerto viejo cahoots and bri Bri then San Jose for 2 nights , then Uvita and Dominical
You left out Jaco I can guess why but from my point of view Jaco has so much to offer. It`s a pretty nice beach not the best beach but still very nice. It`s close to Hermosa beach which is a world class surfing beach. Jaco has great restaurants bars and shopping , great accommodations from expensive to hostels . Several super markets . It has Jaco Walk a great place with bars , restaurants and a cafe Britt coffee shop .It has a great hike up Miro Mountain . It`s not too far from Manuel Antonio and Dominical and the Nauyaca Water fall. It`s pretty close to San Jose and the airport. From Jaco you can do tours to many places like Poas Volcanoe and zip lining tours not far from Jaco. Anyway just wanted to thank you for a great video , cheers 🥂 One last thing I know Jaco has prostitutes but if your not into that which I`m surely not Jaco in my humble opinion is a great place.
Im not knocking jaco at all, im actually headed there today. I love how close it is to san jose. But if I had to chose, id definitely be at these other beach towns, though Jaco is always a good time. Thanks for actually commenting as well and pura vida!
Thank you for the helpful information. Please tell us about hotel prices. Is it cheaper to get there and book it or booking it through the websites here like booking.com or expedia.com, etc. I have heard that due to Covid and drop in tourism, it is better to book the hotel once you are there. Is this true?
I have a few other videos on each location that gives you an idea of prices, however I mostly stay in hostels so its hard to say about hotels. However, if you use hotels.com and make a free account, theyre pretty good at giving discounts and after 10 stays you get a free night. Worth a look!
