I think you should take over possession since its been your on your property since before you got there. You said 5 years? Thats should be long enough for a abandonement title
You got that right but I actually sold it to a friend of mine who's just being lazy and not picking it up, figured I'd get it running so he'd be more motivated to pick it up!
I own a 1996 Geo tracker 16 valves 2 door the same realli.But my look like a toy flare out on 10x15 wheels dp dish on 31 tires look bulk and tuff looking on 272 Delta cam regrind and aluminum crank pulley gd air filter and header and free flow exhaust system and believe he looks tuff and sounds tuffer and im being from Pa to California Florida Texas and all over never any problems cheap to maintenance and gd on gas trails snow mud all seasons and i do 100 miles a hour easy ride nice . Better than a 60 and 40 thousands dollar jp jjjjj 😁😎 gd on gas with mild head port .Plus a lot better than you cars on snow mud hill 4x4 .But if you want to run fast well i have my crx don't worry she do 100 miles in 3 gear and fast cut corner better than a porche and i build both of them with junkyards combos and parts with my own hands and im right now im on a trail in Appalachian mountains fishing from my Geo tracker 16 valves CCR born in the byouooooo 😊😊😊

Plus amigo try to kp it fix him up all suspension is cheap put some dp dish wheels and nice tires gd air filter header exhaust system and go to the trails mountains woods rivers beach etc they are real gd on mud snow in rain really everything.I call my voodoo child jjjj.Plus a life changer because I can go every where and have fun .My daily drives no problem.I have a CRX plus a 350z performance 2007 and I hardly drive them at all I always in my little crowler having fun in the city or out in the mountains camping etc.And I'm from Pa state line and believe me a lot of snow cold and man man fun never any problems even below 20 degrees or 30 below with the windshield andhe start right alway now you understand how gd they are better than a new jeep and a lot cheaper jjj to maintenance and they are gd on gas real gd .Try to kp it their value going up everyday like my CRX .Keep and start having fun in the wild side😊call woods
