The owner told me that he bought it used in the Netherlands 8 years ago and that he bought a small pulley at pulleyboys in the USA.

I asked the owner : he sold me that he had a small tucked radiator back then and had heating problems.
Now he upgrade to a Integra Type R radiator and now no heating problems more.
