I so get that "I cannot have something so I draw that/design an OC having that" vibe. Pretty much my whole life, whenever I felt bad about not being able to do something or have something, I'm making up stories and arts with characters doing and having exactly that. And I must say it's kinda therapeutic 😅

i love the different representations of races and ethnicities!! a nice artist who includes poc characters always makes me feel happy and comfortable (: not to mention the beautiful artwork and style
Drawing is literally so therepautic, I do it at every given time, doesn't matter if I'm sad, angry or just bored. And trust me, YOU DON'T NEED SUPER EXPENSIVE ART MATERIALS TO MAKE GOOD ART. My Sofia the First pencil that I found at school is my go to pencil at this point.

Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils are great for outline and fine details because of how sharp their nibs could be! And also, they are much more break resistant than Prismacolour due to their thick, hard cores.

I love bhow your marker use looks like water colour. The blend ability is amazing. I half thought that you used pencil crayons but most of it was done with markers and its amazing.

I got to spend time in Paris regularly at the end of last year, so I'll try a few recommendations :
- getting a little boat tour on the Seine around sunset time is absolutely lovely and feels so magical. You get to see lots of monuments, and pass under beautiful bridges !
- The castle of Versailles is absolutely gorgeous and I would definitely recommend it
- I haven't gotten the chance to go and this may be a bit specific, but I absolutely adore old clocks (the kind that are in Versailles) and there are two specific antique stores that offer these, and I've always wanted to take a look, it's called "La Pendulerie"
- There is a free (for everyone, I believe) museum called Cognacq-Jay. It's super lovely !! When I went , there was an exposition of black and white ink drawings of various museums, and a little "18th century erotica" corer which was really fun !
- The Louvre is definitely worth a visit, although don't plan on visiting it all in one day, it's just too much ! I personally loved the sculpture section, and the 'Salon d'Apollon' above all !!
- Montmartre is quite a sweet place, but definitely don't stray towards Clignancourt (which is quite close), as it's not super safe there
- Around Montmartre there's a small curiosity store, 'Curiositas' that's super cool!
- The Catacombs are quite interesting, and there is really interesting information, but it did get a bit "repetitive" for me after a while
I think these are my main recommendations ! Hope you have fun !

There's a place near Cognacq-Jay called "Au coeur du Marais which was lovely ! I tried out escargots here and I actually liked them, even though I really didn't think I would !
