Thank you so much for sharing your art and process! You have such mastery over lighting in your images. You’ve inspired me to try some new techniques with markers. 🎨
I love your style ! And the complementary color shading is an amazing technique that really shows that while having a ton of colors is awesome, you prove than you can still make eye catching and aesthetically pleasing and a stylized yet realistic face ( or any art really) with JUST A FEW COLORS of markers. Besides complimenting you, I wanted to point this out for anyone who feels like their small collection of markers is holding them back, just watch this artist at work! Also anyone (like me) that has some experience but felt stuck in a style rut, this is a good lesson and demo of a different way to create!! Much ❤, and thankyou!
@goodboi7938 I'd call it a "realistic-cartoon" style, but I don't know if that's the actual term. If it helps, I have found similar results ( as in what i was picturing in my head ) for this type of style on google using the terms "stylized-realistic" art drawing style, or "realistic- cartoon/ cartoon-realistic" art drawing style. Hope it helps!
@goodboi7938 also if you are looking to get into this style, i found that it became easier after I drew so many faces that i got the proportions down pat so that i finally got to a point where can draw faces from imagination and could visualize the guidelines as opposed to needing to measure out and mark on my paper all the spacings . I still do sometimes, but it's more just making yourself super comfortable w the rules so then you are using them subconsciously. Kinda like the diff between whe b you first start driving and a few years after you've had your license, you don't need to think so hard about every movement, and that's when you start seeing your " art style" peeking through.
These portraits are really beautiful, I like how you stylised them but they still feel like real people. I'm curious about the ohuhu liners, they don't quite look black in the video and I'm not sure if it's because they're a bit transparent or if they look black irl?
Pls do a tutorial on how u colour skin with alcohol based markers. Cause it looks so good
I found your channel by mistake, and it was the best mistake of my life. It was not this mistake that I had not discovered this creativity😩😩🫂🩷🩷🩷🤌
I love your art so much. It’s sort of realistic, but also has a touch of your own style. I hope to be as talented as you some day !!

Anyone know what colored pencil brand she is using?? On the hunt for some good colored pencils
The ones she used are from Arrtx
i’m not sure what she uses, but my favourite ones are the prismacolour erasable pencil crayons
The drawing is beautiful but didn’t help😊
