OMG this song is classic hardcore breakbeat like the rest of the album, and not D'nB not even jungle which was nowhere at that time. Prodigy never made any D'nB tracks they originated of hardcore and later became the pioneers of big beat.
It's funny how three of the album's singles were in remixed versions on the album itself, so you had to get the singles (or Experience Expanded) if you wanted them. Wind It Up was the exact opposite, then, with the remix being a single, lol! What a puzzle.

Much in the same way house, techno and trance are genres, but they use 4/4. But 4/4 isn't a genre. Breakbeat is both a genre and a rhythm.
