@@jaydengrandemusic That's not what happened. You really think the record label said 30 yrs after the songs release, uh-oh guys not enough streams guess we'll take it down!!! Bruh. It got copyrighted

I was 9 at this age in 92 but never forgot the album and have a lot of these on vinyl for my 12, 10’s and love them all. Never knew one person made all the tunes, proper mastermind! Some guy like. Liam howlett was a mastermind in the prodigy
I remember like yesterday when my friend gave me the cassette with Experience on it. I was already into Prodigy and had Jilted album at home and some fake compilation with best hits. I couldn't believe how different their first album was. I have never ever heard anything like that in my life. Although technically they were rave/hardcore group, they were very different from existing rave acts. Liam is a pure genious.
To stop it from falling into the wrong hands (just teasing). Seriously, glad I still have the original 1992 CD. Messed up that Spotify would take it off because of a sample when the sampling sounds so different from what it was originally taken from. Especially weird as the original is not famous; the sampling would, in effect, promote the original.
One of my first and favorite albums before i 'grew up' and moved on to much more calm and acoustic music. Then I heard "Pejman Hadadi playing the DOYEK Udu Drums" and the melody transported me right back here. I forgot how GOOD it is!
I remember early Prodigy, they used to play at The Barn , Colchester! (80's) The music was and still is "in the house!" Coolest dance/electronic band ever!♥️🎶🌟🕊
I read somewhere that Liam regretted the release of this because by the time of its release he'd totally moved on from the breakbeat rave scene into a more rock/hard dance fusion; He was taking in influences of Nirvana and RATM etc. He was crafting Their Law and Voodoo People around the time of the release of this.
Most tracks removed on Spotify are due to rights issues. 'Equal Rights' by Anthony Johnson was sampled on Wind It Up.... this may be a factor as to why this track is no longer available.
"Most tracks removed on Spotify are due to rights issues. 'Equal Rights' by Anthony Johnson was sampled on Wind It Up....this may be a factor as to why this track is no longer available."
I’m guessing licensing agreements regarding the samples in the song. The original agreement for cleared samples only covered the formats of 1992. The owner of the songs sampled can insist on being paid in perpetuity due to streaming.
The whack this tune game me when I came up from double dropping playstations was outrageous. I had this on repeat for about two days. I didn't come down for two whole days.
can belive I was 6 when this dropped and loved it as a Lil kid still amazing now I've grown and appreciate music alot more one of if not my favourite on the album 2:00 is perfect for a streets of Rage 2 boss fight 😂 the acid rave music of the early 90s 👌
Has a joyful melody, but sounds more badass than anything after 2000. Have no idea why. I guess you can only reach perfection, if you are not striving to be perfect.

Or Taylor Swift!😂 Could it be worse? Oh yes, they wouldn't know about music that was real music to counteract the sugary sweet 1980's music scene! Lol! Let's see if they'll cry over it!
@GH3Squeak no, you're absolutely right. Most music nowadays does not compare to this and maybe it never will, yet its still more popular. A lot of The Prodigy's songs are underrated for god knows why.
I don't understand why Spotify can't have both _The Prodigy - Wind It Up_ and _Prodigy - Wind It Up?_ Especially since they also have _Gwen Steffani - Wind It Up._ As well as the fact that they already have many various songs by _The Who_ and _The Guess Who._ All variations between artist and tittle are... distinct. How 'intelligent' do algorithms need to be in 2024?
David Mander fair enough i know what you mean ( it was a bit too punky ) ..but some alright stuff too. i always prefered the first two album's mainly experince
to be honest i actually prefer the Experience and Music For The Jilted Generation but i did like Breathe and Firestarter from Fat Of The Land and Omen from Invaders Must Die
