- 1st Sgt. Joshua Celis was awarded the 2018 Secretary of the Air Force Leadership Award May 14, 2019, at Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama. The award is the Air Force's most prestigious award for leadership honoring exceptional performance in a professional military education setting. Celis, company first sergeant of Headquarters Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 37, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, is a native of Houston, Texas.

We served in the same unit and we really connected thank you 1stSgt and I hope I can talk to you soon about your impact on me as a Corpsman.
