These kids are raised without enough love or structure or discipline, and then get spit out into the world at 15 trying to make fast money and get famous. All of this is entirely preventable, if we would spend the money to stabilize homes, provide contraception, re-fund education and social services, and provide viable jobs so parents can meet their obligations with dignity. I use to teach GED class in the state prison system. The black men and women ,come in the prison system with bare minimum education. It is so sad,grown folks who can't solve a simple math problem! The cycle will continue generation after generation. It's the subculture that keeps moral and education standards very low, luxury fashion standards very high.

Made them work for their Supper, others mowed the highways and picked up trash. He stood Guard over these Convicts with a 12 gage Shot gun and Pistol. Working in 99% Summer Sun and were served warm baloney sandwiches and warm Tea. No wonder there weren't Career Crimmal with 5 or 8 Felonies.
