Actually yeah, it happened to me in my early 20’s with an older boyfriend. Then as an adult in my 30’s while dumping a very nice boyfriend. It was because of my personal, past experience when I was younger, I understood how important it is not to waste others time and still want them to have everything they are looking for.
He isn't DIVORCED. He is legally separated. If had gotten divorced, he would have lost half his stuff, he didn't. That's why he is legally separated. Renee wasn't only his wife after he established barstool, and sold it two times. She also invested $$ to start the company before they got married. These are facts. Not fiction. Not some disgruntled fan talking trash. So if they are divorced, then Renee relinquished all her equity in Barstool so she could keep some Beach House in Nantucket MA. She would be incredibly dumb to have done so. So I'm thinking Sylvs finally realised Dave was stringing her on and would never divorce Renee and give up half the money he always talks about having. Just a "poor" presenting the facts.
Honestly, I feel like Dave honestly cares about his exes. And has show that. His ex wife & him are on good terms. And his break up with Silvs, still he’s talking about how amazing she is. I like that. I like a guy who can say yeah we’re not compatible anymore for w/e reason, but she’s still amazing.

this is so hard to deal with. i just went through the hardest break up of my life in june, more or less for this reason.. only, i am always VERY clear from the beginning that i want another child/children.. my ex lead on that he wanted the same & knew i was hoping to have another before i turn 30.. so he waited until a few months before my 29th birthday to leave because he decided he doesn't want kids & wants to be able to party more (i can't be around alcohol due to PTSD) which, he knew also from the beginning...
the entire relationship was PERFECT.... there were no issues.... he never expressed that he wanted to go out more, he could've gone out anytime (so long as it wasn't becoming an everyday thing obviously) .. it made the breakup so much harder- because at least with my past break ups (only have had 2 prior) there were problems & it was "expected".
this one came out of nowhere & i feel so hurt about it, not to mention that he took years away from me where i thought i was building towards a future/having a child just for it all to be over in an instant.. i have a hard enough time connecting/trusting before all of this now i don't know if i'll ever be able to again... so now whenever / if ever i get more children, it'll have to be WAY later than i ever wanted.. 😞😞😞😞

I’m sure deep down they both knew on some level this wasn’t going to be forever. It’s tough but it was the right thing for Dave not to dick her around if he knew he wouldn’t be able to give her what she wants or that she’d be sacrificing something really important to be with him.

She changed her mind later in the relationship so he let her go she can have the future she wants. Dave and his ex wife are also still really good friends, his best friend according to him. simply too big of an age difference....Silvania kind of tipped her hand about a week before this break up. Dave was out of town and she posted a tik tok of her talking about being hung over and had to be "dragged out of Club 11" in Miami...and her saying she could "live there". Daves day of getting black out drunk are over..after 40, its gets tough, where as Silvana is still a young filly....theyll both be fine after about a year or so..takes a little while for the "emotional bond" to break...but it does over time....
I watched her at that bachelorette party on her stories alllll weekend…..😅😳🤪all that to say the breakup wasn’t surprising. Hope they both find happiness though
