Hello Foodies✌welcome to our next culinary & delicious excursion to the Tannenwälder - Sausage Rostery with Original Thüringer Rostbratwurst. One of the most famous & popular German Sausages. Soooo tasty😋 Have you ever tried this kind of Bratwurst?

@@jgz6989 Currywurst is typically a normal Bratwurst with ketchup and sprinkled with curry powder. The curry powder is usually yellow. I'm not sure what the red powder is they are adding - but my guess is chilli, cayenne, or paprika. In some recipes, the ketchup also has other ingredients added to curry-up the flavour, but it looks like standard ketchup here. My personal favourite is just a plain Bratwurst, with a dollop of mustard and a crusty roll, all separate on a small plate. It's what you get at the railway station kiosks, as I remember. You can taste the sausage that way.
Yummy, yummy!! Oh how I miss these and so many other things in Germany. Lived in Berlin for 3 years until they closed the US Military base there. Miss all the awesome food there. Just miss Germany in all. Great memories throughout Europe. Germany mostly. God bless you all. From Georgia, USA.

As a sausage lover this is simply Heaven. Sadley my country South Africa has no such delicacies available. Although we have lots of different sausages they come short.
Hi Aubrey, thanks for your comment. Yes, in Germany we have a large selection of sausages, which differ from region to region. What kind of sausages are there in South Africa? Sounds interesting.😋 Greetings from sausage lover to sausage lover😉✌️
Bratwurst, Thuringer, Wiesswurst, Blutwurst are all available here in South Africa, but you need to know where to look. I regularly buy Thuringer's from my local German butchery and they are outstanding. Nevermind the Eisbein/schweinhaxe!
Greetings from the east coast of United States of America. I live in Delaware, the first state to sign our Declaration of Independence over 247 years ago. I so enjoyed watching this video. Everything they cooked looked amazing. Also thought that the cart they served food from was an amazing little get around street vending setup. Look forward to your next video.
Thank you very much for your lovely comment.🙏 We're really happy about that. Yes, the cart is indeed extremely small, but also an incredible Space Saver.👍The three-wheeled vehicle is still the most popular small transport vehicle in the alleys and narrow streets of Italy. By the way, our next video has something to do with Italy ;) Stay tuned & stay hungry!😋 With the very best Greetings from Berlin to Delaware✌️
In Delaware once the Hessian soldiers fought for the British King and many of them stayed in America after the war and never returned to Germany! There must be some citizens with German ancestors in Delaware! Am I right?

Used to have bratwurst, brats, in Wisconsin in the eighties, there were a bunch of Germans & Brat Haus there. NEVER saw it served sliced open then packed with ketchup! It was all about the incredible mustard varieties & sauces. Never saw chili powder poured on like that either. Looks good!
That would be the Currywurst you are reffering to. With little differances you get them all over germany, but in Berlin they are more popular. It is usually made with Bockwurst and then either with curry ketchup or rather normal ketchup and curry powder. Served with either a Brötchen/Semmel or with fries. This here was from a Thüringer butcher, so again a touch different i would guess. Looked amazing thouhg :)
The food looks very good, wish I was there to have some. I have been in Germany before, and I like the food very much. Thank you for sharing, and everything looks delicious.

We are super excited to see this beautiful country and taste its beautiful cuisine!!! Any help would be accepted with a warm heart and much gratitude! Moodi Foodi Berlin takes us on a delicious culinary journey through German street food in Berlin, focusing on the mouthwatering grilled sausages, specifically the Thuringian Rostbratwurst. The video highlights the importance of using high-quality meat according to the Purity Law and the varied spices that make each region's version unique within Thuringia. Alongside the classic Thuringian Bratwurst, the video showcases other delightful options such as Currywurst, Merguez sausages made from beef, and small Thuringian sausages served in fresh buns. The Tannenwalder Sausage Roastery Team, operating from their mobile snack bar, presents these delectable treats to the hungry visitors of Berlin. Thank you, Moodi Foodi Berlin, for giving us a tantalizing glimpse into the world of German street food. I can almost taste the savory flavors through the screen! I haven't been to Germany since 1978 and I miss the food so much. Brats all day long!
😋✌️
mmy first meal in germany was a bratwurst from a roach coach, after the first bite, bought a second one. Ate then in all cities, roads, everywhere
Thank you for your nice comment. We also love bratwurst very much😋In the future we will present a few more variants here. Greetings from Berlin ✌️
Had my first Brat during Reforger 85 and was hooked instantly with brown mustard and a pile of Pomme Frittes
@@DavidBrown-cs1tq 😋👍✌
Nice that the location provides them with power like that
Greetings from the east coast of United States of America.
By the way, our next video has something to do with Italy ;) Stay tuned & stay hungry!😋
With the very best Greetings from Berlin to Delaware✌️
In Delaware once the Hessian soldiers fought for the British King and many of them stayed in America after the war and never returned to Germany! There must be some citizens with German ancestors in Delaware! Am I right?
Also sei gespannt. :) Hungrige Grüße✌️
Time I spent in Germany. will remember Bratwurst & chips, mmmmm
Hmmm. Lecker. Lecker.
Original Sausage from Thueringen is grilled on wooden charcoal. And this is a dream.
This is the kind of Video that wants me to jump on a plane fly to Germany, just for the food! :)
Thank you for all your hard work, beautiful stand
Many thanks for the praise to the Stand-Team🙏 Foodi-Greetings✌️
Waiss wurst!!!!
The sausage and beer festivals I will be coming in the next 2 years 100% 👌
👍 😋🔥 ✌️
Absolutely beautiful food! Germans are the masters of sausage. I could eat those every day.
Brats looks fantastic!
Currypulver , nicht Chilypulver 😅
The food looks very good, wish I was there to have some. I have been in Germany before, and I like the food very much. Thank you for sharing, and everything looks delicious.
I miss being stationed in Baumholder Germany. The currywurst was the best snack after a couple ( several) beers!!
Hi from Australia . I wish we had great looking food like that here on the streets .
Hello from Germany. What is there in Australia that you would recommend for good Street food? Greetings from Berlin✌️
I was stationed in Bavaria from ‘61 -‘64 and my job entailed travel throughout southern Deutschland. I ate 50 different sausages and my weight in schnitzel with potato salad, brown gravy and pastries…pastries to die for! Damn, I’m hungry.
The potato salad looks divine.
My family and I are visiting Germany in November and I especially am looking forward to this as my Grandmother is 100% German. Any guidance will be much accepted as this is our first time in this beautiful country! This is a bucket list of mine and at the same time watching my favorite team (Colts) play in Germany, which my son and I always take a trip to Indy to watch. We are super excited to see this beautiful country and taste its beautiful cuisine!!! Any help would be accepted with a warm heart and much gratitude! I cannot wait to experience this beautiful culture! warm regards........
I've never been there, but people I know have, and they absolutely loved it. I think Germany is amazing and you'll love it!
The potato salad looks like it steals the show and everything there is already delicious to begin with. IF this channel had smell-o-vision, I would pay for a subscription to just this channel.
I love German Street food
❤️😋👍
i lived in koln and worked as a chef there for 8 years and i always loved the krakauer sausage, my absolute favorite 😮 my mouth is watering looking at this😅
This tutorial is a lifesaver! Finally, I can master this skill thanks to your clear instructions.
We are really happy about that and thank you very much!✌️
sausage looks so tasty and yummy I'll visit there someday
Would love to try German cuisine one of these days.
Thanks for your comment. For sausages, roasts and meat lovers, German cuisine is always worth a trip ;) Where are you from?
It's not by accident that these businesses are successful, they work hard at it.
Danke für den Tipp. Das Video macht hungrig 😊
Gern geschehen 😊✌️
Bratwurst mash butter on top and saurkraut i love it its my fave❤❤
Keep up the fantastic work and continue to bring us more culinary delights from the streets of Berlin.
Thank you very much for your Comment. 🙏💚 We will do our best to present you the incredible variety of Street Food in Berlin. Greetings from Berlin✌️
Wish we could get bratwurst that quality here in my country that colour looks amazing
Very nice sausages! Great small operation!
👍😂 operation successful.
German engineering....game set match!
I love German sausage 😋 I've had it a few times it's not so greasy and tast different than our English sausage definitely yummy 😋
Der Imbisswagen ist der Hammer 👍
Super food! Memories, memories…❤️
I love German sausages. I always order a bratwurst or karry wurst when I'm down there :) Delicious!
Dito😋✌️
Currywurst* (seasoned with curry, same as in English)
@@einundsiebenziger5488 Sorry, I'm from Denmark and I regularly type "karry" instead of the English "curry" because that's how it's spelled in these parts. Please dont hate me Germany :p
Dare I say this is almost like 'Yatai' German style?!
Fantastic flavors from a tiny food cart!! 🤩🤩
Wow wow 🎉👏
